What? No inhaling?

Simply put, this game justified the DS' existence when it released. It was the first game with some meat on it that simply could not be done on any other system. Using nothing but the touch screen, drawing platforms for Kirby to roll on and stabbing enemies to stun them may seem incredibly simple and perhaps boring, but actually doing it is unrestrained joy.

Kirby does acquire abilities from enemies, but he does not inhale them like he normally does. A very minor thing, as the acquired abilities still have an effect on the gameplay.

The game is not perfect. The underwater levels slow down what is already not the fastest game. The boss battles, while fun the first time, are not so fun the second time. The main quest is on the short side (7 hours).

However, my favorite part of the game was the Rainbow Road, in which most of the medal collecting is done. This is where the real challenge lies.

I consider Kirby Canvas Curse still to be the best use of the DS' touch screen.

This is by all means a very good game, my one problem with it is that there just isn't enough replay value. Ever since I played my first Kirby game I have been a huge fan of the Kirby game franchise. The difficulty of the 7 worlds with 3 levels each are honed to perfection and very fun to maneuver. The final boss is creative but predictable. The copy abilities are great, but their just isn't enough replay value. I got this game with a DS for Christmas and loved it, but I had beaten it a few days after New Year's, but it got gradually more boring after that. I recommend this game to everyone, but I'm warning you, it won't last long.

This is such an awesome game i spent countless hours with my friend Clask Boichkenrick and after that we spent hours playing hide and go seek. Then we did the tango. Then we played this game again. It was so fun. To bad my DS got swept away by the waves on the beach! I don't know how the Pacific Ocean got to Iowa, but you know, these things happen! My brother had a seizure from this game because of all of it's shiny lights and such! THEY SHOULD PUT THESE THINGS ON THE BOX OR SOMTHING! But over all it is a very good game pastimer thingy.

My Children Really enjoy the Game

this game has only 7 worlds with each world taking about 5 minutes, and the controls are stupid because you can only use a stylus pen.

Kirby Canvas Curse is really fun.But it's easy. I just got it today (and played with it once for about 20 minutes) and I'm already up to level 3 part 3. I like the bonus games. I never heard of Kirby before this DS game. Hard to belive, huh?
