NEVER GET TIRED OF IT!!!!!!!

This is one of those games that you caould seriously NEVER get tired of. The game involves a number of levels and characters from other nintendo games that is simply a BLAST to play with. The controls are relatively simple to master and unlike many other fighting games, the object is to throw your opponents from the arena instead of trying to kill your opponent. NOTE TO PARENTS- There is absolutly NO blood in this game and I would say that it is one of the least violent games ever created. This game is fun to play, especially against other people and the computer. Of course the best part is where you can get about 3 friends and play a tournament. That is about a DAYs worth of fun all packed into a couple of hours. Also the players will enjoy that you can set the computers on different difficulties from a scale of 1-9 with 1 being the easiest and 9 the hardest. I would say that the only negative thing about this game is that there should be a 10 or 11 because after a couple of months of play you will get good enough to beat a nine. All in all this is one of the best Nintendo 64 games on the market today and I would say that if you want, rent it but I promise you that after you rent it you will not be able to stop yourself from buying this game. Of course there is the sequel called Super Smash Bros. Melee which is for Nintendo Gamecube and has more characters and levels. Either one, you are getting a years worth of fun for only a couple of dollars! What's not to love?!!!!!

An N64 Classic

This was one of my most anticpated games of all time for the N64 and this game really lives up to the hype I had. This is one of the finest piece of fighting game I've played on the N64. It's even more cool how all of the best Nintendo trademark characters battle it out such as Samus,Mario,Link,Fox,DK, CAPTAIN FALCON AND MORE! This game had some really impressive graphics on the N64 and once again shocked me at how incredible the graphics for N64 are. The action is fast pace and never looses its touch and cause me to play hours and hours of none stop story mode AND just plain fighting it out with friends or bots. The game is incredible and should be played by all Nintendo Fans. I found this to be far superior then most fighting games But SSBM was better then this but hey this one is a classic! It features some awesome Levels and great Handicapped matches. It's cool how you can also set up any match you. You can also try to beat time records in story mode so you can get New secret characters like Captain Falcon. The game was very impressive and this is why I gave it the score it got. Classic...

Graphics...man the graphics are just amazing! Really great visuals almost all the games I review I give the visuals Good reviews but hey I can't help it?...ok!!! Man the graphics for the characters are so cool. I loved the character desighn for Samus especially. Fox and Mario looked awesome too. It ranks up with the other great N64 titles like Zelda. This is truly not to be missed.

Gameplay is fun filled fighting action. None stop action and fast paces moves make this an action packed thrill ride of none stop ass kicking and you'll do even better if you get Kirby who is the best. No matter how bad you think the game is you have to admit the gameplay is Action packed and is nothing but nonstop fun! The gameplay in this game is just worth getting the game. Ewww Samus never looked so good...blah!

The sound is cutting edge punches, shooting and well...fighting..eheheh You can here Yoshi flying in the air from miles away and it is so detailed I think Nintendo Worked very hard on this Title. The sound is above average, I know it's lame that I review sound but oh well who cares....Well Like I said the sound is above average and is very very very detailed. Earns a star......

From Impressive Visuals to great nonstop action filled fun with some really great Nintendo characters like Samus and Mario to very detailed sound. And lets not forget about the pretty intence story mode which you can beat time records to unlock hidden characters. This game will take hours hell probably months till you get bored of this Title but I still play it once and awhile but over all with that said...this impressive title truly earns its..

5 out of 5 stars....

I have to say, Super Smash Brothers is one of those games when you throw on when a group of kids comes over. The characters are great, the moves are simple, and the fun never ends!

It's rare to play a game a month after you played it to death, even months.....hardly ever do you own a game you'd play a year later. But would you believe I have played this game ever since it first came out!

What keeps it alive is the multiplayer, without it, I would have only rented this game. It's pretty much 30% luck and 70% skill, the perfect combination for complete mayhem and when you need to expect the unexpected.

I own a dreamcast and a ps2 as well, and consider myself "hardcore' having to play and expereince the greatest out there. But sure enough, whenever my freinds are over, we gotta dust off the o'l N64 and have a blast with SSM. I would have sold my N64 a loooooong time ago if it wasn't for this game. In fact, I imagine I'll keep playing this game until I end up gettng a gamecube (which is a long time from now), and try out smash bros. melee., I hope they didn't change much. (for example, super mario kart for snes was more fun than mario kart for n64).

Bottom line: If you own a N64 and have someone to play against, buy this game. I look at the collection of games stacked up in my bedroom wall, but none have and probably none will ever have the longevity that Smash Bros. does.

Super Smash Bros.-Greatest game of all time

When I say Super Smash Bros. is the greatest game of all time, I don't mean that it's more fun than any other game- I mean that it's VERY fun- and also still one of my most frequently played games after almost 4 years (and I have quite a bit of games to choose from). It's a classic, and the only thing capable of replacing it is the sequel on Nintendo's upcoming GameCube console (which I will make every effort to get :) This game is must-have for anyone who owns a Nintendo 64 (unless you'd like to wait on the sequel).

Get this ASAP!!!!!!!!!! It's one of the best N64 games ever made! The first time I played this was at a friends house. We played it till 10:00! It was just so much fun! If your looking for hours of fun this is what to get for N64.
