SUCH A COOL GAME!!

This was a very cool game. The plot was good and it really kept my interest. The only thing was that it was so long! But since it had cool graphics and a good story and lots of things to do, it is very worth giving it a try. If you love games with great plots and activities, you'll love this game.

Awsome

This is the best game I have ever played. I loved it! The characters are great. The graphics are amazing. The plot was so intresting and well thought out. The only thing is it could have been longer having the title the longest journey.

A step beyond the looking glass.

The best game I have ever played. A storyline that will probably stick with me for a long time. The most amazing adventure game ever.

The Longest Journey is an awesome game. The graphics are amazing and extremely detailed. The only downfall of this game is that the game definetly not intended for anyone under 16 because of the graphic laungauge and is difficult and you may need walkthroughs. This game is definetly a must buy.

Just buy it

Keeping this short...

What I enjoyed most about this game was that it was a challenging, beautifully done adventure game where the main character is a FEMALE. It was a refreshing change to see a girl as protagonist and able to play as her.

haven't finished the game yet but...

it has kept me entertained so far. I like this genre of games but there is a little too much dialogue for me. Some sections are very long and wordy and you just have to sit and listen. The graphics are good so far.

The only other issue is that it was extremely difficult to finally get downloaded correctly on my machine. I e-mailed the company for help suggestions several times with no response so that was very annoying. Finally got it up and running on another machine. That's my reason for only 3 stars... if the installation would have been more hassle free I would have given it 4.

Very Fun and Very Entertaining

I vary much enjoyed this game. I loved the characters. I didn't want to journey to end. I found it very fun and would recommend it to anyone. I wish they had produced a sequel.

Hard to get out of your mind

Plot: Player searches two worlds (post-apocalyptic Earth and an alternate universe with magic) for parts of a magical device that will keep the two Earths in balance.
Brain vs. Reflexes: Brains 10, reflexes 0
Optimal Age Level: 17-25, due to huge amounts of profanity and the strongly teen-oriented story, plus a back story of a teen running away from a semi-abusive family
Difficulty: Average-Hard
Average Time Expenditure: Average (1-5 days)

When this game first came out I played it once, shrugged, and gave it away. Six months later I still couldn't get it out of my head and had to buy it again. The characters are realistic and gripping, the graphics are gorgeous, the interactions natural (well ... mostly), and the puzzles just hard enough. (And no stupid chess problems either.) Acting and writing are excellent. Lots and lots of human interaction; no violence or time-limited puzzles. Just the way I like it.

listen up, it does a body good

The end was awful...I'm sorry to spoil it for those of you playing as we speak and expecting some sort of fantabulous conclusion, but I feel that you ought to know that the end and pretty much most of the "action" sequences were less than satisfactory. If all you want are mind-boggling (and super irritating) puzzles and an incomplete storyline, yeah, sure, get this game, all you have to lose is (your money), bah...good luck, though, yeah?
