I didn't want Nintendo Gamecube 4 weeks before christmas. I stopped by Toys ''R'' Us and played this game. I was amazed. It had way better graphics then I expected better than Playstation 2 it was so real. The Death Star level is so much fun. The best game I have ever played. I'm now buying a Gamecube cause of this game. The price for the Gamecube is great. Great Everything

Gorgeous and challenging

If not for having to start over at the very beginning of the whole mission after repeatedly being killed off during the last third (and hardest) portion of the mission I would have given this game 5 stars.

It is truly amazing graphically and feels like playing within a movie. All of the production values are amazing, lush and realistic.

I am a novice gamer and I did have to purchase the Official Player's Guide booklet in order to get past the tough places that I just could not solve without helpful hints. I noticed that some of the experienced gamers' reviews actually described this game as too easy... but it is quite challenging for a middle-aged newbie like me and I did not want to get bogged down in a level I could not conquer and become discouraged. The game is just too beautifully done for me to want to deny myself the experience of the later levels.

The Tattooine training level is very beautiful, soothing and interesting ... I found it a pleasant way to calmly become familiar with the controls, etc. The way it conforms to the time of day or night is an extra treat. The players Guide gave me tips on shooting the womprats, and racing Biggs and Wedge, so I was able to improve and enjoy the game experience much more.

Looking through the guide also gave me a chance to see what there is to look forward to in the other missions and levels that I have not been able to play yet. It keeps me motivated and helps me to progress.

I firmly believe that for those of us middle aged Baby Boomers, learning to play these kinds of games stimulates our thinking processes and our reflexes in a very beneficial way while tickling our inner child! Just go at your own pace, enjoy yourself, and don't let the kids watch you play!!! ;)
