Obviously the draw here is that you get a set of simple games for about $10 after factoring in the cost of the wiimote. The games are all entertaining enough, but the WiiSports game that comes with console has much better quality games. The WiiPlay games were obviously an afterthought. Is it worth $10? Probably. But you can get a lot for $10 if you shop used games, so that may be a better route.
Wii Play, you play, we all play, Wii Play!

Ok, I bought this game for the Wiimote. I thought why not, it comes with a wiimote. I think that this is a fun game. You get to play duckhunt, tanks, ping pong, find Mii, pool, Pose Mii, lazer hockey, fish, and race on a cow. The games are fun, but they get a little boring after you play them a hundred times. My favorites are duckhunt and find Mii. I recommend this game not only because it comes with a Wiimote, but because the game scan be fun if you get bored with the other Wii games that you have.

Cool game for the family. The best thing is that it comes with a wiimote, so, the price is just right.
Not as fun as the wii game that comes with the system

Wii Play is not really a game bundled with a controller.
It's more of a controller bundled with a game.
There are 9 games in Wii Play, some more enjoyable then others.
I personally think that Shooting and Tanks are by far the best mini games in this collection.
Overall, a casual gamer should enjoy it and it is fun for a bit...but it is a very shallow game.
I say you should get it, it's worth it for the controller.
Almost everything I expected

Well, maybe my hopes were a little too high for Wii Play. I must admit that its biggest appeal is the free Wiimote. However, maybe it's just me, but 9 minigames feel simply not enough...
There were two main things that I didn't like about this game; one is the inability to play with more than 2 people at the same time (big letdown). And the other was the lack of the option like in Wii Sports, to setup a left-handed player, as I am.
The minigames themselves are not bad at all. They're a lot of fun but it's not something you can play for hours... in a matter of 40mins to 1 hours, you'll get somewhat bored...
The main two reasons why I rated with four stars this game are:
1. The free Wiimote; a $40 value for free... well, that's really good.
2. In spite of the few games, they're a lot of fun and really well made. My favorite is pool.
So my recommendation? It's a lot of fun, but you might want to take a look at games like "Wario Ware; Smooth Moves" first.
Buy it for the controller...

If you need an extra controller, then this "package" is a good deal. Otherwise, I think the game is only enjoyable for kids. It basically uses the various games to teach you the various ways to manipulate the remote.

The kids absolutely love this game and so do I. We needed an extra remote anyway so this was a smart purchase for us. The money spent on this was well worth it.
Great Deal!

Wii Play is great to play with kids and adults with a variety of games included and an additional remote that adds to your collection. A wise second purchase after buying the Wii console with sports bundle.
