I purchased this item more for the extra remote and less for the games. I did enjoy the original Wii Play bundled games, with titles of Bowling, Golf, Boxing, etc., but thought this version was not nearly enjoyable. In fact, once I played each of the games once, it has sat on my shelf since. But, the controllers are worth the price of this bundle, especially if you are having a hard time locating.
Very fun!

A nice set of arcade games, and I bought this to get a 2nd wii remote! There are a couple 2 player games. My 4yr old is able to play everything on here w/out a problem except billiards. He esp loves the cow racing game and fishing. My 10 yr old has no problem at all. Great for adults as well if you like the short arcade games. I think there are 9 of them. They all use the standard wii remote.
ok purchase

This game is so much fun. We really enjoy playing Wii Play the only downfall it has is that all the games are for two players. It would be a lot more fun if more people could play the games.
Mini Game, not an Actual Game

Wii Play would have been great if it was included or bundled with the Wii console like Wii Sports. It's a very simple game that consists of several mini games that allow you to try out all aspects of the Wii Remote.
It's not complicated or hard to master, but has little replay value. The other downside is only 2 people can compete in the games, even though the Wii supports up to 4 players.
The Wii Numchuck is not used with any of the mini games, but can be used optionally with the Tanks mini game. That was a bit disappointing because I was under the impression that the game tried to incorporate a variety of controls.
Overall, if the game didn't come with the Wii Remote and was $15 or maybe $19 I would get it. Otherwise, just get it if you need the extra controller and remotes are scarce in your area.
Great family fun!

The Wii has to be one of the best concepts ever devised. Play alone or play with friends or family (requires purchase of additional, low cost remotes). Wide choice of games - for all age groups.
Good games...only because you get a remote...

Essentially the game costs ~$10 when you figure you are getting a ~$40 remote. I wouldn't spend $50 on the games, but with the remote it is a good value. Tanks is by far the best game...some of the other ones are not worth their space on the dvd.
Great for little kids

I enjoy tremendously the simple Tanks game (using the Nunchuck controller). My 4 year old daughter loves the cow racing game and the fishing. However too be honest, the price is only worth it d/t the included Wii Remote.
Good value

While there are quite a number of games to play, not many are that great. The fun ones include Target Practice, Laser Hockey, and a strange version of 9 Ball. The scoring for 9 Ball is what makes it strange however the physics and the graphics are very realistic making it a fun game to play.
Tank battle is OK however I was really disappointed to discover there is not an option to battle other players head-to-head. If they had added that it would be wonderful.
The upside is that for the price of the controller and the games this is actually a pretty good value.
Really nice videogame!

Wii play is a really fun game, there are 9 minigames to play, and it's kind of simple in graphics and music (some people may not like it for that...), but believe me it is really fun, and it's really nice that a wiimote comes bundled with the game... You'll enjoy the gameplay a lot like wii sports, and it is really challenging videogame when you play single player mode (when you have to get the medals and stuff).
I particularly enjoyed the game a lot, and if you like fun, simple games to play with friends or family this is a nice choice.
