Evil co-joined twin game ruins all fun.

They took the coolest game ever and they make you stop playing and force you to play THE WORST GAME EVER to be able to get back to the cool game! I swear they must have had a deadline on the Wii Zelda so they pulled some abandoned stupid 'magic imp / wolf' game, sitting on the shelf and interleaved it to extend the playing time of Zelda. Tell me you haven't thought that!

I won't go back and play it. Awful. "Tee hee hee, jump here, tee hee hee." Gawd! Oh for a shotgun from Quake. No, wait, I'm a wolf I can't hold it, I can only bite and sniff... oh and dig, so I'll just dig my own grave here, somebody shoot me and get me out of this miserable stupid game!

trust me, I beat the game

if you want proof i actually beat zelda then know that Ganondorf lost his triforce of power when i finished him off. i wont go too specific into detail since it sounds dark enough as it is.

the game pushes the graphical limits of the wii. if you thought wii games have ps2 graghics then know that the graphics are a like xbox's when you pop in this game. the graphics you see in recent news are real.

please note that even this game cant keep you playing for years to come. the same goes for any zelda. how long can you play ocarina of time? if you dont have wii, you're seriousily missing out. sure, if you have every other zelda you're still missing out! dont be a duecebag and not play this vital, chapter. actually that's an understatment. its awesome in a fresh titanic way.

this only lasted weeks because i play all day however its huge, lets not deny that.

whoever gave a cheap review calling this game uninovative is denying the new content in the game are are too clingy of their majora masks, my personal favorite.

Where are you Navi?

I have been playing video games for nearly 20 years. I've played every incarnation of Zelda on the home consoles (never had a Gameboy version). My favorite was the Ocarina of Time. I absolutely hated the last game, Wind Waker. So I was hesitant to buy this product, but I threw caution to the wind. I loved the graphics, the best of any in the series, the integration of the Wii controllers is awesome! As I played it was great seeing different elements of the previous games mixed in (i.e. the fairy pointer, Link starting off in the woods, the music). Then I ran into some problems. I HATE Midna, I've decided to rename the character Captain Obvious. She is rude and condescending and absolutely no help whatsoever. When you need to melt ice in Zora's domain C.O. says we should find something to melt it with. Well gee, that's insightful, oh wait I'm a wolf, I DON'T HAVE OPPOSABLE THUMBS, so no matches. In the Lakebed Temple C.O. helpfully mentions that this place is big and it will be hard to find keys!!?? I thought it was so small and full of keys. I found that I was left on my own to try and figure out what on Earth I was supposed do with no hints, clues, or anything. At least Navi was there to help figure out how to take down the bosses.
Overall I think that Nintendo got 9/10's of the way to a superb game then just gave up. I am finding myself very disappointed in this game.
Update: After completing most of this game I went back to try the dungeon of tears (it's in the desert). In the last game there was a similar area and I HATED it. It was such a pointless exercise, you got one piece of heart after 50 levels, you do less work for a whole one in a regular dungeon. For some reason the geniuses at Nintendo apparently thought it would be a great idea to throw another one in this game! Well I have now officially given up this game, the challenge is entirely overblown and you get absolutely nothing to replenish your weapons. The challenges are absolutely horrible and there is no way that the prize (whatever it is) could come close to matching this absurd challenge. At this point for me every drop of fun has been sucked out of this game, it is without question the very last Zelda game I will be purchasing.

Fun... if your good at video games

I have never been much of a gamer. I try, I just get frustrated quite easily. This is why I got me a wii for christmas, I thought everything would be easy and fun. And I was right for the most part.... until I got Zelda. I specifically told my parents/ relatives/ girlfriend and anyone else who might get me a christmas present that I did not want this game. But, of course I got three copies from three different people. I tried it, got frustrated and stopped playing after about an hour.

Then a few weeks later I bought a zelda playing guide, since then I have played for about 15 hours, because the guide makes it a lot easier. If you dont feel like wasting time running around figuring out what to do, one of these guides would be a worthwhile investment.

Anyways, I got to this Oregon trail type thing you have to do, couldn't do it. And realized how this game was not worth my time.

But, if you do have 70 hours to burn collecting rocks and killing flowers get this game. If not, get raving rabbids/ warioware.

UPDATE: Yesterday I beat zelda. It took me 57 hours. It was fun, yes. but imagine the pecks i could have if I had hit the gym instead. whooo!

Not for me

I guess this type of game just isn't for me. If you like reading and not a lot of action then this game is for you. The only thing I did like was the way the Wii controller was integrated into the game. I hope more Wii games use the control in this way.

read it before u give it a not helpful review

ok seriously...not to be braggin but i'm not stupid at all...ok maybe sometimes...but it's a differnt type of dorky...lol..but ok

this game..is just......OMG SO HARD....the first main level is one of the dungeons which is seriously too hard to beat w/ out 1. stressing ur self or 2. look at walk throughs online. although later stages gets easier, or u just kinda get a hang of what type of things they are looking for but for begginers that never played zelda on other console this isn't a great game to start with.

graphics: 3/5 seriously after looking at GOW ...i can't see a game that beat it yet....differnt consoles..but still...but w/ in the same console it will be one of the better graphic games

glitch: not a lot except ur remote sometimes dun act the way u want...

game play: fun but frustrating...wuts the deal w/ not being able to jump in the game...seiously...u either ROLL FORWARD or jump back wards..can't jump forward..but other things are fine

story line: this is good...but game lasts so long u prob forget details next time u play

overall: 3/5 for being a stupid game that u need to have patience to beat or really smart or u cheat and look at walk throughs..which is prety stupid considering u don't feel the joy of beating it...

done =) haf fun

Twilight Princess has great graphics, interesting senarios and villans to defeat, and surprising allies. Possibly the best Zelda yet.

The Best Zelda Game Ever!!!!!

Ok..well I am a huge zelda fan and I think that it seems so realistic when
you can swing your remote and your slicing with your sword.Sure if your a
Playstation or Xbox fan,and you think the graphics suck.....then you are
too hooked on to good graphics,,,If you want my opinion, the graphics are'nt half bad!!!!!....I mean you actually see how large the country of hyrule is......and it goes on for miles, and miles, and MILES!!!!!!......

Amazing!

I sometimes find it hard to get into video games, but this one, like all others in the Zelda series, has me hooked. I'm trying not to play too much so I have some left to do on it once I get back up to school, but that has been REALLY hard :)

Great zelda game once again

This game is great and has many simularities to orciana of time, which was great as well. the gameplay is very nice and lots of cool weapons and people to meet. the only weakness is that some of the bosses in the game are pretty easy but besides that the game is flawless
