Zelda TP for Wii is truly a revolutionary experience. A must buy if you own a Nintendo Wii console! And if you don't, what are you doing? Go get a Wii already! ;P

The controls in this game feel almost like second nature after about an hour or so of game play, and the storyline is a lot like Ocarina of Time (only a light and "twilight" world as opposed to time travel. The graphics are a good bit disappointing. Considering what was done with resident evil 4 on the game cube you'd think that Nintendo would spend some time upgrading all the elements into 3-d, but I guess with the massive size of this Zelda world and it being on a new system, the graphically lacking portions can be overlooked.

Wonderful Addition to the Zelda Universe

Twilight Princesss is a worthy addition to the Zelda Universe. There is a small learning curve while using the wii remote, but nothing more than when you buy a new game and are trying to learn which button does what on a standard controller. Onece you get used to it, you will never want a tradional controller again. The storyline is the best Nintendo has yet to offer in a Zelda game. It has a lot of depth to the story with lots of cutscenes. There are several new items to enjoy and a massive world to explore. Lastly, there are plenty of temples, unlike the wind waker that only had five or so. This is a great game, even if you don't have a wii, if you liked Ocarina of Time, buy the game cube version of the game.

Only a Zelda game can be better than a another zelda game. The game is a Masterpiece. Graphics, gameplay, storyline, characters and the new totally control scheme is the KEY of this awesome Zelda game. Even for people that never played a videogame this game is accesible.....

I got Twilight Princess the day it came out, along with the Wii. After two and a half years of anxiously waiting, I finally got this game. My first thought when I was playing this game was "wow."
This game is amazing. I've been playing Zelda games since I was in diapers and I am now 12 years old, so I know what I'm talking about. There's never been a game series quite like Zelda, but this one pushes the limit. The graphics are fantastic, even for a Wii game. The sound and music is great too. The main theme (the Hyrule Field theme) plays through a lot of the game, and it's really good. The cutscenes are too wonderful to describe. They're so dramatic, very high quality. The dialogue is always witty, and very meaningful. The story is great, too, and has many plot twists and surprises. The temples are the best ever in a Zelda game. Instead of feeling tedious like previous ones, they are fun and challenging. And I don't want to give anything away about the items, but they're the best ones ever. Some parts are very emotional and the ending made me cry (I know; I'm weird. I can't help being an emotional girl. Not many games move me to tears.)
The control with the Wii remote is really stellar. It really WORKS, and you can use flicks of the wrist or big long strides to use your sword. The minigames are awesome, and I'm absolutely hooked on fishing. You use it in such a lifelike way, it's infinitely fun.
You might think that this game is so dark and very serious, but honestly, some of the parts in the game are hilarious! Wait until you get the new Malo Mart, then you'll see. :-) And I know that it's rated Teen, but it's only because of the darker, more mature storyline. It's fine for kids, the violence isn't that bad at all.
Overall, the game is great. No, fantastic. Astounding. Excellent. Superb. Call it whatever you want, but just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Must-Have for any Zelda Fan

This is an outstanding Zelda game. It has all the hallmarks of a Zelda game, so if you had issues with any of the prior games then you probably won't like this one. But if you liked the other Zelda games (especially A Link to the Past and WindWalker) you'll probably love this.

People are complaining about graphics, but the Wii is not a 360. It's essentially a Gamecube with a neat interface. The graphics, for the console, are great. Further, the gameplay is outstanding. The use of the unique wii control system is intuitive and fun to use.

Overall, this game is outstanding and should be on everyone's wish list.

The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess is even better than Ocarina of Time. I'll start my review with the good and the bad

GOOD
Awesome level and puzzle design
Awesome Gadgets such as the Light Sword and Ball and Chain
Great story line that follows Link and Midna's quest to get the Mirror Shards and the Fused Shadows
Great controlls and you can finnaly run and swing your sword
Surprising Twiligh Princess
Amazing Conclusion
Awesome Hidden attacks like the finishing move back slice and the Great Spin
Link finally has a Fan CLub AKA the children of his village

THE BAD
Sometimes Lacking graphics
High resolution graphics are missing

Ok the good outweighs the bad. If you have a Wii get this game. It'll keep you glued to the floor untill you beat it and then some. You'll never guess who the Twilight Princess is. (Maybe you thanks to Internet spoilers)
If you're new to the series get this game. Zelda is a masterpiece video game. Great story combined with cool gadgets and awesome controlls make this game a must. A++++++++++++++++++++++

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!

This is such a great, adventurous, albiet time consuming game. The controls are easy, (riding your horse is sometimes a pain, however) and the gameplay is totally fun and the characters are detailed and memorable. The graphics are stunning (for the Wii, anyway), and the replay value is fairly good as well. You will NOT be disappointed. You WILL want the strategy guide, especially if you don't want to miss anything.
