If you are looking for action and adventure this game has it all. This game has time for fun and time for hard work. It may be a little tricky but if you're smart enough to get this game you're smart enough to beat it. It's kinda sick so be a little carful. This game has perfect graphics and it's great!

Last year on christmas,I wanted a new game call Dino Crises, and when I got it.It was fun shooting dinosaurs and get Kirk. I like the three part endings, and like the gifts I got when I win a game.If you like dinosaurs and adventures on the islands, then play this game.

Really lackluster

I wasn't very impressed with this game at all. It takes place in your typical dimly lit industrial type building, where you shoot the ocasional dinosaur and pick up various things. The dinosaurs aren't impressive at all, and you can walk right through them once you've shot them. You also have to go to a cut-scene just to climb a flight of stairs! The really bothersome thing is that so many of the things you have to do are just for the sake of giving you busy-work. You need two keys to go through a door, and you'll additionally need to input a code. You pick up all sorts of medical gear, and you have to mix them together to create new things. Then you have to pick up "plugs" to be able to open storage boxes to store your extra supplies. Oh yeah, what fun - flipping through menus 'till the cows come home. And has anybody ever hear of a cabinet that is opened using "plugs"?

Overall, this game has almost nothing that's interesting; it's just a basic shooter with a load of cumbersome inventory gathering crapola. You'll also spend a lot of time walking up to things and hitting "X" to see if the item does anything. More fun. The folks that made this should have dumped the whole inventory system and instead spent their time working on the game's plot. A few environments that don't involve dimly lit industrial structures would have been appreciated as well. And even in the cut scenes the characters walk in straight lines and turn at right angles! Jeez, needed an extra year in development and it might have been at least somewhat interesting.

A Good Game, But Resident Evil is Still Better

Dino Crisis is an exciting, fast-paced game that has you using your brain and your trigger finger. Sent to recover the mysterious Dr. Kirk, you and your team-mates are dropped onto a small, rocky island. Unfortunately things don't go as planned. Your partner with the radio meets an untimely demise and you, Regina, is stuck with your other two members Rick and Gail. This game is filled with plenty of gore, for those of you horror fans, and the puzzles (Which are in numerous numbers) keep you thinking. The scares in this game aren't that great, because most of the time a short cut-scene play when you are about to be attacked, but there are a few occasions when the camera angle keeps you from knowing from what's around the corner. The playing time is pretty good, and so is the replay value. A mini-game opens up if you beat the game in under 5 hours, but you sure won't do this the first time. Overall, Resident Evil is better than Dino Crisis, but if you already have it, this is the game to get.

i love dino crisis one and two and i think you should have a dino crisis 4. remember when regina goes through the timegate at the end of dino crisis 2?? well maybe the timegate could malfunction and she goes back 2 years instead of going back to her time and she could prevent everybody from dying and stop her team going to the prehistoric world therefore stopping dylan and david from dying and i think we should have a film too it would blow jurrassic park out of the water!!

Great Game!

I thought this was an awesome game! The opening scenes were great. The dinosaurrs look so real for a video game. I have played resident evil, and this game is actually harder. I don't see why people say the puzzles were hard...I'm only 14 and I never spent over 10 minutes on any of them. Oh, and the T-Rex will scare the heck out of you! This is a great game. There is some violent and gorey nature but not enough to keep me from buying it.

A Large Disappointment.

Why Capcom...why! I understand you had very good intentions with this game and it has a great story line and characters but it's no Resident Evil that's for sure.Compared to the Resident Evil games this game has some very disappointing factors in it, such as you can't skip the videos or there is not enough ammo. I also would like to state that near the time this came out Capcom also released Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. The graphics in Dino Crisis aren't near as good as RE3. Why! Not to mention the low ammo and gun choice in the game. A Handgun, a shotgun, and gernade launcher. That's IT! Except for those few things that I mention it is a very enjoyable game and I do recommend Capcom make Dino Crisis 2 with all these suggestions and more. Then it would be one great game.

The greatest horror game yet!

For all of you that like survival horror games, this is your best bet. When I purchased this game I knew that it would be similar to the resident evil game series. It sure is. The graphics are awesome and the gameplay and story make the game worth buying. Have fun!

Makers of RE bring us : Dino Crisis The graphics, musick, backgrounds do look pretty good! You play a redhead babe Regina and have to blast your way through all these blood thirsty dinos.. It gets hard at times, but after you play it a few times, you'll be all set.. This also has decent replay value as well, you get more costumes, and an infinite grenade launcher, so you can play again and blast all dinos Regina's other costumes are really cute as well, especially the cave-girl one, and she looks yummy! What else can I say? DC is worthy of purchase although it's somewhat on the mediocre side. RE fans will like...
