Shadows of the empire is better

3 Rating: 3, Useful: 0 / 1

This is a fun game, but I'd suugest Shadows of the empire more. If you're a fan of both the genre and star wars, this is the game for you, but if you're not, rent it first.

Blast the Empire!

This game is great for Star Wars fans! There are eleven single missions, but there are three bonus missions too. The first is a race on Tatooine where you fly a T-16 Skyhopper in a race against three of your squadron mates! The second is the Death Star Trench Run which the developers, in my opinion over did, because the trence is HUGE and it has to many turns. The best bonus level is the Battle of Hoth. The graphics and music are superd just like every other Lucasarts and Factor Five 5 game! Their are also secret vehicles. You can pilot the Naboo Starfighter by using a secret code (go to Lucasarts website!) the Millunium Falcon and the TIE Interceptor can be earned when you complete the game by getting all the gold medals. It doesn't take long to beat this game if your good at games like this, but ot does offer a pretty good challenge. Now go join the Rebellion and vaporize those TIE Fighters.

>When you first buy the game it's fun and challenging but once you beat the game (which ins't all that hard)it's just done and really there's nothing much else you can do.Great Renter.

Are you on drugs? or you just want to be that way with cool games, StarFox 64 move over, here comes papa. This game has it all compared to LucasArts Shadows of the Empire (Rogue is also by LucasArts) and the new n64 title Star Wars Episode 1 Racer. (which I though it was easy for me & my brother) This game is awesome, the music & SFX are superb, and the graphics are fantastic, I can't put this game down, if you want to insult the greatness of action games, then get out of my sight and play Yoshi Story.

Booring Star Wars Game

Okay, I normally love everything Lucas Arts puts out, but this...

I really, honestly loathed this game! The gameplay was repetitive, hard, and booring. Basically, it is every vehicular battle from the trilogy, put on a game.

While this had great potential, and awesome graphics, I cannot reccomend it.

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron... a must own!

This game is great. Altough the graphics could be a lot better, the game's story line is interesting and the controls are fun. I've had this game for about 6 months and still enjoy it immensely. It was definitely worth every cent I payed. My favorite part of this game is the special ships, such as the Naboo N-1 Starfighter and the Millenium Falcon, as well as a buick that looks like the "flying car" from MIB.

VERY COOL!

If you like Star WArs you'll love this game. although I'm certainly fond of "Shadows" I like this game better. However I'll probably always like StarFox better even though it is a rail shooter. I like the fact that this game has more missions than starfox though.

A Must-Have for Starwars fans.

If you are a true Star Wars Fan, then you must have this game. The story line is real good, and it actually gives you plenty of information from the movies. The special effects and graphic detail (with the expansion pak) are real good.

I think that two of the major cons are that 1)the game does not have a multiplayer mode and 2)I really expected more from the "Death Star Trench" level. The truth is that that level has NOTHING to do with the Death Star trench run. Rebel Assault's level is much better.

Overall it's a very good game.

Fun, but tough. I like challenges so this is a very good game. Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace and The Empire Strikes Back are my favorite movies so it goes good. If you have a rumble pack it works really well on this game. This game has a lot of action and suspense. If you have already tried this game and liked it you should try Star Wars Episode 1 Racer a more recent game. Overall this is a very good game.

It is terrible

I expected so much more from a company that could make such well made games in the past. This is the worst game I have played in my entire life. The graphics deteriorate more and more every time you play. You might as well play atari. The game would also constantly freeze up on you. No person should have to waste their time with such a terrible game.
