The flat out best game I have ever played

Perfect Dark is, in my mind, the best game ever. It has very good graphics for N64 to start with. Second, the gameplay is just incredible. Third, the single player missions are intense and fun. The plot of those missions is actually very good. Fourth, the multiplayer is every bit as good as and better than Goldeneye, which many consider to be the best multiplayer ever. With a good weapon selection, many characters to choose from, many arenas, many fun scenarios, and many difficulties of sims, this is just a perfect multiplayer.

Many ask why this is M. It is violent, bloody, and has language problems. However, you can turn on paintball mode to eliminate the blood, then there is a language filter to expunge the profanity.

This is great for parties because of the multiplayer missions, so take that into consideration for your possible purchase of this game. All around, I suggest this game to any person who enjoys first-person shooters.

This is the best first person shooter game I have ever played. It has great weapons that have first and secondary modes. The combat simulator is the best multiplayer I have seen. I got this game last year and I still play it. Once you beat all of the levels on agent and special agent you get special assignments like Maian SOS, Mr Blonde's Revenge, and The Duel. This is a must buy for any gamer.

If you were ever a fan of Goldeneye, X-files, or Tom Clancytype stories, this game is for you. It has a decent story line, withgreat animation, graphics, and unmatched detail. The pictures you see on TV and in magazines, do not do the game justice. You need to play it to believe it. This is truly one game you can buy before you try though. Great job Rare!

I don't why I bought this game...I never even got throughGOLDENEYE. However, I have now discarded all of my games because Idon't think I'll ever want to play them again! You can play alone, with your friends, against your friends, and if you don't have friends, the game will make them up for you! You can change their faces AND bodies and have them behave in almost any manner you desire! In the first third of the game you are in a skyscraper, and I just stand at the windows looking out over the city! (Then some guard kills me and I have to start over.) By the way, you can turn off the "adult" language. Is there more? Lots! You can manipulate the contents of your controller pack! And Joanna Dark doesn't even need a gun! ...Buy this now!

THIS GAME IS SWEET! The attention to detail is great. From hovercrafts flying in the background to huge levels with great design, the visuals are awesome. There is so many things to do, you will naver get bored. You can play the regular game, training missions, multi-player with up to four human characters and up to eight computer simulants(characters controlled by the computer), and cooperatively or counter-operatively with a friend. The multi-player packs so many different modes it could be a game in itself. The frame-rate slows down with a lot of simulants in a multi-player arena, but never to the point where the game is unplayable. One thing though, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT AN EXPANSION PACK. It should be a crime to not play this game to the fullest. This is one of the best videogames of all time.

This game is a must-buy!

This game is very addicting. You can play it for hours and not know that you've been playing for that long. If you like 1st person shooters, then you've GOTTA get this game. Personally, I'm not real picky when it comes to frame-rate. This game's frame-rate is about twice as good as Goldeneye's. In 1-player mode it takes about 4 or 5 enemies on the screen at once to considerably slow the game down. If you're VERY VERY picky in terms of frame-rate, you might be a little disappointed. The combat simulator rules! Even with 1 player, it's real addicting with the simulants. The bottom line is that you outta get this game.

Perfect Dark is the best game I have played in months.I would recommend this game if you like action/adventure games.The gameplay is awesome because you can do coopertive(two players do the missions on a team),counter-op(one player is Joanna,the other player is the bad guy in the missions).The graphics rule!

This game is so much fun. It has great multi-player levels. The Co-op and counter-op are really cool. The weapons are fun. Elvis is one cool Alien. It was easy to beat on Agent level, but it gets a lot harder when you play on secret agent and perfect agent. This is a must have, but make sure you have/get an expansion pack.
