Paper Mario is an EXTREMELY fun game! There are lots of areas to explore, from a spooky forest to a snowy mountain! In "Paper Mario" you can get help from buddies that you collect throught the game. It will practically "glue" you to it until you beat it! Although the graphics are pretty bad ( 2 dimensional,) it is supposed to be paper! The whole setting is supposed to be a pop-up book!

I would say that paper mario was the best rpg game ever. It combinds 2-d with 3-d. You can travle from Castles to islands and from deserts to winter wounderlands with 7 friends that will help you to beat Bowser. Also this is the first Mario game you can play as peach. These facts + so much more are what make Paper Mario the best RPG.
Super fun and super addicting!

I absolutely love this game! It may seem childish and cartoony, but it really is an incredibly deep game! There's so much stuff to do in between each chapter: play plames, buy stuff, deliver letters, search for star pieces, get badges, check Mario's mail, upgrade party members, get different spells, whatever... It's really easy to get the hang of things after you beat the first castle. And it's really addicting, too! It's pretty easy to sit down for hours straight and just keep playing and playing. I've already logged about 12 hours playing it, and I haven't even gotten to the third castle yet! And even if you're faster than me (of course you are, because I'm slow) it'll be sure to last you a good long while if you do everything there is to do. I definitely recommend it! I think this game is good for anybody whether you're a little kid or you're 20-30-something or whatever age gamer. Go buy it! Now!

This is a very fun game. If you got mario 64 this will be a very good addition to your game library. Neat and unique graphics too. Unlike anything youve ever played

I'm not a role-playing kind of guy.I just don't really like the slow moving pace of RPG's,and the fact that there's too big a story to take in(Too much text to read). But even though Paper Mario has all those things I just seemed to really like it. Now let me tell you why and how I got "The Paper".It was my 10th birthday and I had some dough to spend,so I looked for reviews for that "Special Game".Believe it or not,I knew about Paper Mario months before that particlar moment.Anyway,I saw some rave reviews about "Paper" so I said to my dad I want to go to the mall and get this. (I was really rolling the dice)So I went and bought it,came home, and put it in to my N64 and I was really surprised at what I saw......
Now let me discuss the game itself. The story is this:There are these 7 star spirits who live in a place called Star Haven. It's their job to grant peoples wishes and with an object called The Star Rod (which actually grants the wishes) they do a very good job of it.Then one day who else but Bowser comes in and steals the star rod.Meanwhile....Princess Peach is
having a big gala bash and the Mario Bros. are invited. While they're at the party Bowser comes in and ruins the party.I don't want to ruin the story for you so I'll talk about the other gameplay. Paper Mario is just like any other RPG except more simple. You have partners to help you, badges to increase, change and do all sorts of things with and obviously enemies, bosses and Bowser to crush so have fun with it.The game is kind of easy but don't worry I've beaten it 5 or 6 times and I'm still having alot of fun playin' Paper! While your playing the game you have something called an "Action Command".The Action Command is very important because it can increase the power of your attack if you time it just right.Obviously you have dozens of items to also help you out.One character in the game can even cook items and make them more useful.Even if you get tired of the main game you always will have sidequests to go on! For example you have a lottory to play around with, and you get to fight against a karate master in a little dojo.Oh one more thing,I love the music too! The boss battles have even better music than the main BGM.Paper Mario is awesome and with the characters as thin as paper it's kind of funny too.I definitly reccomend The A+ Paper. PS:When Bowser wondered what Mario's weak point was,he should have thought "White Out"!
Cute, Fun, And very addictive

Paper Mario is a very enjoyable game! I love it!!!! It has a little bit of everything for all of you gamers out there like myself. It has a treasure hunt, for the stars Bowser has captured, Battling ( you must battle most creatures that you come in contact with), And action and suspense. It may be confusing, but you will figure it out sooner or later. Some parts are very hard to figure out and some parts are very easy. There is lots of puzzle solving in Paper Mario and you must have a good stratgey to get through it. This is a game where you have to use your brain. Trial and error technique comes in handy in some cases. Remember, it's ok if you lose some points because your trying out strategies. I don't want to give away too much, I just truly believe this is one of the best games ever!

This game is soooo fun! The only thing is they need more places where you can save. I do a really good job and get very far then i get tired and have to go on because there isn't any save boxes very close. But the game rules!

I loved this game. I do not have an N64 anymore, but this was one of my favorite games when I had it. It has a world of everything mario that fans will enjoy. It has a unique battle system that made timing a key to winning. You must use strategy in your fights and make sure that you have sufficient help to get through the battles. You must also master the moves of the friends that Mario gains along his journey. This game is not just for kids, the paper look takes away the "fuzzy" look that most 3D N64 games have. It does have bright levels, but i liked it and it made me kind of happy. This is a must for Mario fans, or for anyone with an N64!

Paper Mario is a very fun game. Although it is easy to beat and addictive, I would recommend it. With 7 companions,( You will need the help of each one,VERY much,) Mario sets out on a new adventure to save Princess Peach from Bowser's evil clutches. (notice a pattern?)Overall, this game is one of the best I've ever played.
