Not worth the money

I would say the only thing this game has going for itself is the graphics, and that can only last a few hours before it starts wearing off. The replayability of this game is very limited, it's a good thing I only rented this game instead of forking over [money]. Control schemes are limited unless you happen to like one of the 3 default controller setups it has. Also it's not very flexible with driving wheels.

The engine sounds are very muffled. The navigator's voice is hard to understand, sometimes he jumps ahead a few turns, other times he calls out the turns RIGHT before you reach them.

The car-physics is barely there. You can see the car from the outside swaying as it turns, but when driving in the car, the car turns way too fast, even on gravel. Sometimes I got the feeling they sped up the game's time to make everything SEEM faster.

It's about time that games are judged not just by its graphics.

This game is pretty good, I was really disapointed on the restrictions when driving off of the paths. Instead of the car just running into an imaginary boundry, the car just disapeers, and get placed back on the track. The graphics are amazing, the physics are pretty good.. gameplay is fun, audio fx are pretty good as well. Over all, I havent been playing it as much as project gothem Racing, but Its still cool..Z

Real cars don't behave like this.

First, I definitely have to give the designers of this game some credit for the really wonderful graphics. I'll admit that I may just not like this particular genre as much as I had hoped. But here's my problems with the game.

*It's much too easy to roll your car. It's difficult to cut loose and run the car full throttle in this game because you're always rolling the car.

*The tracks aren't particularly designed well--mostly just the same set of tracks on all the levels, with a little tweaking to make them SEEM different.

*The English accented commentator is a bit rude at times and he tends to grate on your nerves a bit after a short time.

There are several other complaints, but bassically, I am very dissappointed with this game.

When you see the intro scenes for Rallisport you think "Wow! This is going to be great!" Unfortunately, that's about as fun as it gets. Sure the graphics are awesome and the number of car and driver options are titilating, but the fun quickly runs out. I rented this game for the weekend, and definately would not buy it.
I found the cars difficults to control, and even with hours of practice there were some tracks that I could never win on, even on the least difficult setting. In early career mode, most of the more interesting races, tracts, and cars are locked out. Until you achieve enough points you cannot get access to these advanced options. By the time you get enough points to get there, you no longer care.

Definately failed to keep me interest.

Perfect game I think except that I am too impatient to win every darn series to unlock more cars. Especially think the ice racing events are great.

This game is flat-out fun!
The ice racing is a blast and the graphics are super. Blasting around a dirt track grinding the gears in my tricked-out Ford focus rocks.

A "must have" title for Xbox

Alot of people have reviewed this game, so I'll keep it short. The graphics and attention to detail are absolutely stunning. Feeling every shift of the gears in the controller is brilliant. Climbing a hill in a modified Toyota Tundra while listening to Bush and Pearl Jam........what more could you ask for? The ability to record your own CD's onto the HDD of the Xbox and then listen to them while playing RallySport takes this game over the top. I very highly recommend this game.

This game is extremely fun, I didn't think that it would be too fun but I gave it a chance. The graphics are excellent! This is a must have for all x-box owners.

Wonderful Game, Lots of Different Kinds of Racing

I'm not a serious racing fan, but I watch them sometimes. It is pretty hard to find rally events on TV in the US.

This game is easy to pickup and very addictive. You can race single or multi player on a variety of tracks and in a variety of cars. You can race in career mode to build points to unlock more cars and tracks.

The game is very engaging because it has variety of different races to choose from:
Rally - point to point time race
Rallycross - Laps racing other cars
Ice Racing - Lap racing against other cars on ice tracks (The only game I've seen with this, very cool)
Hill Climb - Racing up twisty turny course with hills on the other side. The graphics here are very good. It really got my heart beating trying to not go off the edge.

I didn't quite like the fact that you have to go through many races to unlock something and then you get 7 cars unlocked at once.

The multiplayer mode is quite good. Racing your friends split screen works well. The only drawback is that some of the hill climb cars have big wings and this tends to fill up a bit too much of the screen in split screen mode.

I wish they would add:
XBOX Live play
More cars
More tracks

Don't get me wrong I think it is a great game and I highly recommend it.

are wondering what you are doing in this game. You zoom past them at 170 or so and they watch you go by, even on the replay. This game is a good challenge for the casual gamer. The graphics are just unreal. This game is never available because it is that awesome. Buy it when you can! Here is also why...

1. I did a quadruple barrel roll in the air and landed it.
2. There are tons of tracks and cars to unlock.
3. My wife plays it and loves it.
4. Your own music on the car radio...YOUR OWN MUSIC!
Five hours the first night.
