Max Payne was a pretty boring game. I have it for PC and it hate it. The only real statment I want to make though is that he always has the most dumb look on his face.

This game was not that great, after hearing so many great things about it, I expected to be hooked on it, I so WASN'T hooked. The bullet time gets old after a while, and the gameplay is not much other than running around shooting bad guys, and finding a key here and there to unlock a door; wow, big deal. I think Dead to Rights will be a better game.

For nonstop action, I'll stick with Devil May Cry, Dante is cooler anyway.

This game has great matrix action and good graphics and sound and music and all the performance you need thanxs to the xbox!
But alot of suggestive themes and very sad and violent...not as bad as soldier of fortune for pc but still pretty bad...I reccomend at least 15year olds or older, nothing below unless ya have your parents permission like I do!(I'm 13)

Hours of useless dialog. Bullet time gets boring after two or three tries and the game never changes.get obi wan or halo.

I bought this game when I got my xbox. first off the graphics of this game is the same as ps1, if not worse! it looks like they have just taken the PC version changed a few things and released it for the xbox! second the controlling is really bad you cant turn him just with one of the joysticks you have to use one for walking and the other one to turn him which was irritating becuase of the camera angles!! Tomb raider was a much better game then max Payne!! dont waste your money on this game.

I'd rather drink cyanide than play this again.

I believe the title spells it out people. This game is the worst game ever. I'm a 17 year old and playing this was like torture. I love killing things and blowing them up as much as the next guy, and prolly a little more. But come on now! EVERYTHING IN THIS GAME DIES!

I was a little annoyed after watching those junkies kill his wife and kid, and i said, ok maybe this is just the beginning. I played it until just after entering the bank through the subway, (for those of you who haven't experienced the misfortune, thats like the 2nd section of the 1st level) and by the time I got there I took it out of my XBOX, broke it, and through it away. I wouldn't even pawn this on another gamer because it was so bad! Crappy gameplay, script, graphics, story, everything. Bullet Time was OK, except he seems to dive everywhere, he can't just stand in one spot and shoot, but that coulda been just me.

If you are one of the few people who haven't played this game, be VERY happy! AVOID IT! I wish I could take back the few minutes I played on it, because they were completely wasted and I think i got dumber from playing it. (Not to mention disgusted as hell)

This game is a good game. The graphics and everything are really updated and are really good. but there are a few things that I don't like. for one they show pictures of women and they curse. They don't tell you that on the rating on the cover. I would not recommend this game to a child or anyone else for that matter.

i recently rented this game for my son and i immediatly took it back when i saw how much blood and gore there was. incredible. how can people play a game where you just kill people. also, since my sons brain is just developing these ideas of killing people would have affected his brain development if i hadnt taken it away sooner. all in all, this game teaches you to be a serial killer, and i believe that all the kids who play this game excessivly will turn out this way. DONT BY THIS GAME!

The graphics aint bad and this game is perfect in everyway. The plot and everything. This is one of the best shotting games ive seen in a while and this is a must have for xbox.
