A very pale imitation of Halo

I bought this game in hopes that it would tide me over until the release of Halo 2, and because I was excited to find another game that would allow you to multiplay through the missions. But while the game clearly attempts to recapture some of what made Halo great, it is NOWHERE NEAR as much fun. The action is generally dull, the atmosphere uninteresting--and often so bland and gray that it is hard to even see where you're going--and the plot embarrassingly stupid. I wanted so much to like this game. I guess it's something to do if you're locked inside for a weekend. But my friends and I got sick of it after the first few levels and couldn't force ourselves to continue.

This game is amazing!!!!!!!!! I rented it from Blockbuster and I ended up buying it before it had to be returned! This game has everything people want...

Plenty of weapons

Massive multiplayer

4 player cooperative

Xbox live downloads

And lastly, action that will never stop.

The only thing I would change about this game is the slight multiplayer problems such as the fact that the best player can't run and pick up any good weapons. The game is not as adictive as Halo, but still incredible. In general, this game is just not as good as Halo, but almost. Get this game now, I cammand you!!!!!!

i agree with jumpertheguywhojumps. i was ready to play this game when i bought it at FULL PRICE at my birthday becasue they made the game look good. but the game sucked i though it sucked, my friends thought it sucked, everyone i know thought it sucked, must i go on? Never the less; the point it dont buy this game it you want a truley amazing fighting game buy halo or wait like the rest of us for the highly antisapated halo 2

the game kicks ass it is fun the part that is the best you and 3 frieands can play at once get this game now.

This game looks awsome. The graphics rule, the game play seems awsome and with 4 player campain the game is for sure going to be one of X-Box's best sellers. Cant wait for it to come out.

I love this game although 50 bucks is too much i payed 15 for it. this is not at all like halo thank god. I cant stand first person doom style games.Me and my nine year had a blast with this game.great graphics fun game.

This game has alot of the characteristics of the best game for the Xbox console, Halo. It has the same game play and great graphics. Microsoft did an exolint job on this game!

i think brute force will be the best game on x-box for about 1 year.even better than halo which is hard to believe.after all x-box is coming out with halo 2 soon.another game that wiil be game of the year and will also kick....hell yeah baby X-BOX RULES.
