A good RPG.

I found this game very fun to play. It was an original plot line and the characters were on a different side of the story. Instead of fighting the air pirates, you play them. I took off one star from my rating because I really dislike giving orders to your party instead of the hands on action format. Other than that I can find no more flaws in the game and recomend it highly.

OK, so if you're reading this you obviously like RPG games. And if you like RPG games, you'll love "Skies of Arcadia".

It's a throwback to the heyday of RPG games (mainly on Sega Genesis and SNES) where the game is turn based combat without being interrupted with a bunch of cheezy pre-rendered cinematic sequences.

If you're a fan of the latest Final Fantasy games, this probably isn't for you. But if you grew up on games like Shining Force, Dragon Warrior, Phantasy Star, Lunar, and others...then BUY THIS GAME!

You have to buy this game!There are over 40 hours of non-stop fun! With over 15 different side quests apart from the main one, Skies Of Arcadia Legends is a must buy! Don't worry, there is NO BLOOD or any gross stuff. The sound and graphics are much better than 95% of the other games. The weapons and magic look really cool.

Skies of Arcadia: Legends is a remake of a game with the same title for the Dreamcast. I never owned a Dreamcast, so I thought I might play it. I became quickly addicted. This is the best RPG for the GameCube.

Vyse, a Blue Rogue, fights the evil Valua Empire with the help of his friends. Yes, the story isn't very oringal. What IS orginal is the ship vs. ship battles. You start with a small ship ('Little Jack') and then later upgrade to a warship called The Delfinus. The graphics are decent, and the story keeps you interested until the end of the game.

If you don't like awesome storylines, dazzling spells and moves, great battle ingines, over a hundred hours of gameplay, ship battles, or tons of weapons, this game isn't for you.

This is a very enjoyable and quite lengthy game. The only downside is that it has crappy graphics.

okay, so i bought this game cuase it looked really fun. but theres a reason y it only costs about $20. it sux!!!!

it looks good in the beginning. the graphics r a little iffy, but it seems okay. then u actually have to play the game.

the battles are repetitive and pointless. u could probably beat the game just by holding down the a button. moving aroudn dungeons is next to impossible. even when u switch the viewpoint, the camera still ends up grinding against walls. this game will get on ur nerves very quickly. if u want a turn based rpg type game, go buy breath of fire. it has better graphics, u cna move, and it actually has a plot.

I dont' have this game yet, but I'm gonna get it soon. I know a lot about it from everything I've read. You are an Air Pirate named Vyse. Your'e friends are Aika, Nina, and her friend Cupil.
The battles look sweet. My friend has all the Final Fantasy games and the battles in SOAL(Skies of Arcadia: Legends) look much better. There are land battles, where you can attack and use magic. The ship battles look the coolest because you can use cannons and other weapons.
This game is like a suped up version of any other RPG, as you can buy weapons and stuff like that. This game is not for little kids, though. They drink "liqoa" and it is kind of violent. But it's not really that bad.
If you like video games and there isn't something wrong with you, you MUST get SOAL.

If I could I would rate it 6! This game was Perfect on the Dreamcast and the demos and reviews have proven that the creators of the game were given a divine hand to accomplish
Absolute Perfecton. The first one was not lacking, but adding more would make the game more perfect than God. Even God would be proud!
