It's the best Mario game that I've played yet. It is cool how the partners have different attacks. You have to think like you are a piece of paper and what you can go through and what you can't, and what paper doesn't like. It's a lot of fun.
Awesome game!

I love this game so much that I don't want to take it back to the store just like I won't do the same with part 1 from the 64 series. Sometimes during levels like Twilight Town has good level backgrounds of the level & horror music too, especially for me a heavymetal fan. I always liked Mario games since I was 5! Sometimes instead of listening to Twilight Town's horror music, I play KoRns music loud. I'm a big fan of KoRn, the real deal of horror-metal! Sometimes I always think that character Vivian is like a fan of KoRn so I can picture her in the game with a KoRn shirt, that'll be sweet! Hopefully, they'll make a 3rd installment Paper Mario for Revolution baby!
Fun Game

Defiantly an upgrade from the original game, even though it is still 2D. The Thousand Year Door now features the ability to go into the background to work things out, the ability to turn into a paper airplane, a paper boat, a paper roll and flat to get all the Star Sprites and Star Pieces. It features new mini-games, badges, moves and puzzles and doesn't actually focus on any of the happenings from the 1st game, it's a completely new game.
The partners aren't original, as they focus on the original partners in Paper Mario but have different uses. Goombario is replaced by Goombella (the two most useless characters in broth games) who `tattle' and headbonk, Koopa is replaced by Koops who can be thrown around in his shell, Bombette is replaced by Bobbery who can blow up walls, Bow is replaced by Vivian who can make you invisible, Parakoopa is replaced Yoshi to carry you across gaps, Sushi was replaced by the paper boat, Watt was replaced by Ms Mowz and while Flurrie is the only original character and replies on wind.
The game is much large and uses the power of the Gamecube to its extent.
The battles are now watched by an audience that can either help you or can become your enemies, depending on how you act in battle, you can appeal to them for items and generally just show off Stylish moves to impress or to receive Star Power to use your Special Moves.
Mario finds out that Princess Peach has been kidnapped by the X-Nauts and has to rescue her from becoming a host for the evil Demon Queen that resides behind the Thousand Year Door. To do this he must use the Magical Map he received from Peach to locate the Crystal Stars that will stop the Demon.
I eagerly await the 3rd installment of this series.
Great fun for everyone!

Out of the box, you can tell this is not your ordinary Mario. Loaded with witty jokes and innovative gameplay, Paper Mario has brought fun for hours.
Having to figure out small puzzles, manage a party, and defeate enemies all while having to impress [and sometimes beat up] the crowd, this game takes Mario back to the time of Super Mario RPG, yet much better. With much more intense graphics, a smoother handling and an appeal that speaks to all ages this game will be a thrill for anyone looking to relive Mario nostalgia and take a step into something new.

To get a hidden party member go to the problem senter and there should be a person named ???? it is actually ms.mows who runs a badge shop. she asks you to get a bage for her you go to hooktails castle and go to her room (yes she is a girl) go into the middle of the room and get flurrie out blow in the middle of the room there sould be a treasure chest open the treasure chest and the bage is there! then go back to ms.Mows and give her the bage she will then join you and give you the bage back.

I like this game its fun and hard you have to use your brain a lot. I think this game is not for everyone only for pepole who like hard games. The last level is the hardest beacuse first you have to find out all the puzzels and then you have to fight the shadow queen who is this huge monster that sort of look like vivian but a lot bigger she has an hp of 150.
This game is flippin' awesome

Paper mario is one of the best RPG in the world. The graphics are awesome and the sound is great. The X-dueds ( I call them X-dueds ) have captured peach ( as usual ) but this time Bowser gets mad because it's "His Thing". I am not going to tell the whole story. I have like 60 games and this is my favorite. Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door is a must have for any young gamer. :)
