this game is a fun adventure on a cruise. Bowser is trying to mess up their vacation. You have to solve puzzles to win. It is the BEST of all the Mario party games by far!

My 6 year old's favorite game

We got this game as part of the bundle for Xmas. We also purchased the Power Rangers & Nicktoons Unite games and Mario Party 7 is pretty much the only game he plays. Yes a few of the games are tough for a six year old but overall he absolutely loves it. It's also fun that I can play along with him as well as his Mom and 3 year old brother (although most of it is beyond little brother's hand-eye coordination skills). We have never played any of the earlier versions but 7 is a blast!

Fun for the whole family!!!

Mario Party 7 is great! Its fun for my 10 year old son and my 4 year old daughter. This game lets all of us (mom & dad too)
play together!

This is by far the best Mario Party game to date. It isn't for little kids (4-5) but anyone else can play.The different scenarios are funner that Mario Party 6. I did'nt like 6, but I loved 5. But now I like 7 better the either of them. The Mic games are fun, and the duel games are even funner. Bet Mario Party ever.

Mario Party Games give alot of fun to the kiddies. People who have played the other mario party games should not get this game. If you like it, buy it. Many of the minigames are stripped from the old ones giving new boards and more buttonmashing. Concept is the same.

I'm very excited to get this game. it's so good. there is
Mario & Luigi, Peach, Wario, Yoshi, toad, donkey Kong,
Boo, and Bowser (for the characters)! There is nummbers 1
through 10 to roll on. (lets say you roll a five you go five
spaces.) (its like monopoly) at the end there is a star you
try to get the most stars to win. If you land on a certain spot
you get to go to the orb shop you will collect coins on your way. Some orbs cost five coins
some cost ten coins and some cost fiffteen coins and some cost 20 coins. (For example
the cannon orb cost twenty coins it shoots you up the mountain
to get closer to the mountain) There also is mic minigames
(For example there is boxes one to ten ghost are all over
you say yes in the micerphone it will start.)
and there are just minigames to play. (if you win you get coins) if you make it to the star it cost 20 coins to get
the star. AND MORE!

I didn't really enjoy this Mario Party, mostly because it's changed by alot. Bowser time, choppy AI, and other things.

I don't really know the story of this game, I was just playing my friend's edition.

Ratings:

Graphics: 5/10
Usual MP graphics, just some checkered designs on the numbers.

Sound: 3/10
Usual sounds.

Replay Value: 10/10
Every Mario Party game has a huge Replay Value, since it's a party game.

Gameplay: 4/10
Not to good, like I said earlier, choppy AI.

Overall: 3/10
I didn't enjoy this version, but if your a fan of the series, try it out.

Rent, Pass, or Buy?: Rent it, I didn't find this to fun, buy Mario Party 6.

We bought this game for our nephew, who absolutely loves it. It came with a microphone which adds the fun of playing with voice commands. A fun addition to the already fun game!

Fun, but there aren't enough Mini-games *_*

I really like this game, it's just that the mini-games arent that fun and they should include more. I like the fact that you can use the microphone to make the characters move, like if you say "left", your character will move left. Also, if you're having a party at your house and it's getting boring, you can play with 8 players! one person gets the left side of the controller, and one person gets the other etc. In conclusion, fun, but there aren't enough mini-games.

I THINK THAT MARIO PARTY 7 IS SO MUCH FUN. MY SIBLINGS AND I PLAY IT ALL THE TIME! AS LONG AS 8 HOURS! I LOVE THE MINIGAMES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEIR CHALLENGING, IT MAKES IT MORE FUN CAUSE THEN I HAVE A TENDENCY TO DO IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL I HAVE IT RIGHT!I ALSO LOVE WHEN BOWSER COMES I THINK HE IS SO FUNNY I MEAN EVERYBODYS LIKE NOOO, WHEN BOWSER COMES BUT THEN AGAIN THE GAME IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY CHEESY OTHERWISE IT WOULD NOT BE FUN!
