The whole thing was the worst game I have for PS2. The multi maps are too small to do anything in. the single is dull over all DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING IT!

I would have to say over all Goldeneye is waaaaaaaay better. This game has good graphics but the plot sucks and so do the guns. The multiplayer mode is terrible and there is no AI bots, and the levels are sooooooooooo tiny. This game over all sucks compared to Goldeneye.
this game [is bad]

TERRIBLE! I played a few levels and it is absolutely terrible! I think the only good James Bond game i ever played was goldeneye but even that got old but this gets old from the first gun shot. terrible controls. I won't buy this game unless it's...on sale forget about this!

Ok, Im gonna be Frank, and you can be Joe...Never Mind.
When I was wee, and I got my Nintendo 64 system, the only game that intrested me was Goldeneye. I had played it at my friends house, and I bought it and played it everyday. I liked how many of the things were based off the movie, and how somethings were added. To me it was a good game.
Then a couple years later, a new James Bond game was made. I bought that game too. Played it and liked the multiplayer the best and the story line too how everything tied in.
But this game, this one is pathetic. I bought this game along with Beach Spikers, and I can tell you right now, you wish you would be playing that instead.
Ok: 1. If you are gonna make a good James Bond game, then get Rareware to do it cause they looked like the only people to make a good James Bond game. Why? Well those are the people that made your loveable Goldeneye! COL!
2. Get a new Plot! The games plot was so stupid, I mean seriously, Q or R looked like Dumbledore from Harry Potter! And you obviously knew the girl was gonna turn out a bad person(Not technically but ya). I mean, come on!
3. Who the crap was the Rig Diver? I mean, they introduce her in that big jump off scene and yet they don't say who she is.
The good thing or should I say the Best of the Best, is the Multiplayer.
1. The grapple was the coolest idea invented. I mean, who would give up of being Spiderman for a game period?
2. I like the bot idea. Like TWINE, thats the best idea EA came up with. I like how if I wish to play alone, then that would the best thing.
Overall:
Im rating it 2 stars Only for the Multiplayer....
If you are a collecter of JB games, then you should rent this one first. For me, I beat it in 1...Day...Flat. (Without Cheat Book) Come on EA! I want a more harder game, that some kind of game thats so easy! The only thing this game is good for is Multiplayer. I sure hope Nightfire is better than this!
What happened?????

No where near as fun and addicting as golden eye was. Multiplayer battles are a joke, levels are way to small. When you beat the game in a matter of days, you are left wondering if you really beat it, no ending, credits or anything. The only thing I liked was the new driving levels. At first it seemed like a good game but really fell short in the end. Sorry Jeff.
A good start.... but that's about it

The first Bond title for the game cube is a good start, but falls shot. First the good things
*Amazing Graphics : The Graphics on this game are top notch.
*Strong controls : although this game lacks in many areas... the controls aren't one of them
*The car levels are quite fun
now.... the bad things
*The AI in this game is absoloutly terrible! If you're a fan of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, you'll be dissapointed to find out that you won't be able to sneak around to complete your objectives. This game is a good looking Doom.
* Although the Charactor voices do a very good job.... the story is full of holes and sometimes you'll find yourself playing the game wondering... what the hell is going on!
* For a Bond game it certainly doesn't have a Bond feel. There are a grand total of 4 Gadgets in the game (yes I said 4)
* Here's the final draw.... The Multiplayer levels are a joke!I'm a huge fan of the Perfect Dark multiplayer and this game can't even hold a candle to it. The levels are ridiculously small and to top that off.... they aren't even fun to look at.
over all this game seems rushed. it deffinitly could have been A LOT better. Agent Under Fire is deffinitly a renter. If you're dying for a first person shooter, I say wait for Metroid or Pefect Dark Zero. But hey... if you're a doom fan... by all means get this game.
A decent game

...I don't understand how people have the nerve to say that AUF blows away Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Truth is, it doesn't come close! The story is weak, the missions are too short, the missions are way too EASY, the guns have NO character and neither do the characters (well, except bond), you can SEE your bullets flying harmlessly through the air like paintballs and there is NO blood or violence at all! I could go on... Okay I will.
Multiplayer:The levels are way to small and have absolutely NO character! In Perfect Dark and even Goldeneye 007 the maps had character! Just look at the Complex, or the Temple or Area 52! In AUF, the maps are boxy and repetitive and are much reminiscant of Turok 2. Also [bad]. The controls are a vast improvement over TWINE though. Even while lacking in control customization options the manage do get the job done with little looking down at the control pad. Speaking of controls... the jump button: can it! there is no place for a jump button in an FPS. Let's face it, you're not jumping on enemies like koopa troopers....your SHOOTING them!
I, unlike most people who have reviewed this game, actually OWN it!...
