Super Mario Bros. 3: Super Mario Advance 4 is a great game! Now I can be Luigi (my favorite character) in 1 player mode!
Not as fun as Super Mario Advance 3

I thought this would be a continuation of the Super Mario Advance 3 GBA game. It appears, however, to preceed that game and in my opinion is a lot less fun. For one thing the characters are much harder to control in this version. The levels are much shorter and the graphics are not nearly as good. If you haven't gotten Super Mario Advance 3, I'd strongly suggest that instead of this.
Could it be the worst?

Out of all the "Super Mario Bros" games I would have this is the worst of them all. Fighting the koopa kids sometime takes about 10-15 times and those airships are just plain dumb. The best parts about this game is the special items you can get like the froggy item. The enimies are the same but some i can't stand "Micro Goomnbas In Box" they're just plain stupid and "Man Eating Cheep-Cheep" thats just wrong. I would still recomend it but beware you will get mad!
Still Great After All These Years

I have seen platformers come ang go over the years, but few hane come close to the quality, amount of imagination, not to mention addictiveness of Mario Bros. 3. This game is just another port like the other Mario Adv. games, but with a few extra features. The best of which, is the e-Reader connectivity. In screenshots, you'll notice things from previous Mario GBA games. These are only unlockable through the e-Reader cards that Nintendo will start to put out soon after the release. I don't know if they have hit Japan yet but they'll come. Definately worth the money. The only drawback is it isn't a new Mario game. But since Nintendo is running out of old games to port, we may see a new one soon.

This to me is by far the best Mario Brothers game they've come out with. I remember when it first came out and playing this thing through Junior High. I've pretty much forgotten about this thing (not completely though) when I saw my young cousin playing the game on her Gameboy Advanced. I played a few minutes and I've found I'm hooked once again.
This is worth it guys! :)
Good, but not as good as the original

Aaron Warner here. I acctually tried the original on Nentendo Entertainment System. It was darn easier to hold the square controller then the weird-lookin' Game Boy Advance. In fact, Luigi's new improvement with fluttering when he jumps isn't an improvement. Luigi's strait forward jump like Mario in the original was much better. Besides that, this is a much better way. The graphics are improved, the levels are slightly more challenging, the bosses and mini bosses are awesome, and it's much better. The levels seem short though. But, the mini bosses are not quite as easy when you hover as Luigi. Yoshi's Island is a controllable hover because it's not instant like Luigi. The multi backround is much better. But, the 1st level on the Nentendo version isn't the 1st level on this new version. The graphics, like I said, are much better. Mario is my 3rd favorite game series (Crash Bandicoot is my 1st, and Sonic is my 2nd). I can't wait for any upcoming Mario games, but I'm not looking forward to Mario VS. Donkey Kong. That game looks a little stupid. And, that's all I got to say.

Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 is a pretty good game. It comes with 2 e-Reader cards, a leaf power-up and an extra level. It sucks that you cant press pause and save during the game and you can't replay levels you've beaten. I personally prefer Super Mario Advance 2 over this.
