This game is great! You can get a GIANT eggplant, or turnip and then you get three hearts. You can be Mario, Luigi, Toad, or Princess Peach. This game is sooo much fun...you have to get one. Thanks to Game Boy and Amazon because i got it a really good price and for creating it. It was a really smart idea. I hope that they will come out wiht other Mario gameboy advance games cause they are so much fun to play. This game is worth a lot of money because i have a blast playing it.

This game is a very good game for the GBA. this game is very easy to learn and has a lot of screts for replay value. The graphics are colorful, the sound is cool (Nintendo should have added more tracks to it though -.-) and has great gameplay. This is a great pick up and play game, so if you're looking for something fun and not to easy, pick this one up.

An excellent choice

There's nothing much to say about this that wasn't covered by the editorial review. It's a great port of one of the best NES games ever, it's fun, it easy to get into, and it's all about tossing vegetables all over the place.

But seriously, for a simple, fun, easily played game, this is it. It's a classic game that older gamers can remember and get into, and it's still fun for the newer generations. Granted, it's not a "fresh" new game, and if you got sick of the original, well, then this game will hold no luster for you, but there's a certain charm to it that never really goes away. The graphics are faithfully reproduced, the gameplay is practically the same, and the sound quality is very good.

As far as replayability, it doesn't rate as high as other GBA games. However, the fact that it's replayable at all (on top of all the other positive points) garners it 5 stars. This would be a great "first game" for a GBA owner, and is a definite "must-have" in any game library. Also look up Advance Wars for another excellent title.

i was blown away at SMB2 on the NES, and on SMB ALL STARS ON THE SNES, but on the gameboy, I still love it! the only thing i have a problem with are the voices, and the amount of space you have on the screen, it's so small, but overall, THIS GAME IS A MUST BUY FOR ALL! i love it!

Order this game in ADVANCE

I plaed this game at a Best Buy store, and I was shocked! The graphics were awesome! The sound is so crisp, it's almost like a game on a TV consil! The characters even have there own voice, a feature I don't think was in the version for SNES. Another great feature in this game is the MULTI PLAYER! Up to 4 people can play on 1 game! Of course, if you want more stages to fight on, the other three should have the game. The Original Mario Brothers game is one fun game! It has improved graphics ad better control. It is very fun, and it will keep you busy once you have beaten Super Mario Bros. 2! Get this game when you buy your Game Boy ADVANCE! I will be leaving many more reviews, and to tell that I did, look for this arrow! ~~~~~~~~~~~~>

Remember Mario Bros 2?

It has been some time since I fired up my trusty old Nintendo Entertainment System, blew the dust out of the huge cartridges, and had at it. Nevertheless, I have recently played a few classic NES titles. Here they are- now with updated and improved graphics, some cool new things to see, and on a much smaller cartridge than the original.

Super Mario Advance is essentially the second of the vaunted Mario Bros. series (yes, the #1 selling game series in HISTORY) ported over to the GameBoy Advance. If you loved the classic as much as we all did, you'll love this too. If you didn't like it, you are an outcast. Just pretend you do so we'll still think you're cool.

The only downside to this game pak is that if you played Mario Bros 2 so fanatically that every button press is permanently encoded into your brain (as I did) you might find that the same sequence still works. However, you will also die several times as a result of picking up things that weren't there before- like the super-huge onions and the gigunto Shyguys. The new things are enough to make it fun to play at least one more time, and for those of you who were *gasp* born after the heyday of the Great Mario Bros., you will be required to play this at least once. Don't complain- you'll enjoy every bit of it or die trying.

Super Mario is da bomb!

super mario advance is great but not very great. overall it is a good game but it isn't original like others. I mean you have to pick up plants and throw them to kill enemies.although you get used to it.in the others you just jump on them.still I recommend this game for any age.P.s:i recommend playing mario 2 (definately).
