This game is truly an adventure. It was one of the first and best titles on the GBA. This game is almost as addictive as Tetris. I have played this game for over 50 hours and i'm just at the final level. The beatiful background scenes and vibrant colors make this game one of the best-looking 2-D bgames on the GBA. I highly recommend this game if you are looking for a game that will leave you playing for a while!

Mario Advance is a really fun game. But, the objective and ways of meeting it aren't the usual. It is definately not a game that little kids can pick up and have fun with, definately. To accomplish goals, you must pick up fruit and throw them onto other items. Other aspects of the game would go right over a little kids head such as digging and flying. But, if you are of the ages 10 and up, go ahead and buy it. If you are younger than this, I suggest you pick a much more children directed game such as Pinobee.
The game offers lots of gameplay time and great replay value with the "Battle" multiplayer option. Overall, this is a good, solid, FUN game. If you are a bit older (Teens and up), I suggest you might go for Castelvania: Circle of the Moon, which is alot deeper and requires more gameplay time. This is definately a good game, but look at Pinobee and Castelvania before buying this because both are in the same category. This game should definately be on your list to buy. ....

I played this game atElectronics Boutique in a mall. It is amazing! The gameplay is very realistic. All those people saying it is the same as the SNES version are very wrong. It is completely different. Now it takes more then jumping on your enemies to kill them. Now you have to pull raddishes and bombs out of the ground and throw them. It is hillarious to pluck a huge raddish out of the ground and throw it at your enemies. You can play s Mario, Luigi, Princess, and Toad- each one has their own voice. The each have different abilities too. Such as- Mario can run faster that Luigi, but Luigi can jump higher. Even though a lot of people say that Luigi's jumping is an advantage and even though you really need it sometimes, I see it as a disadvantage. He jumps out of control and it is a lot easierto fall off things. This is by far the BEST launch title for GBA!!!
I want my very own Mario Advance!!

This will be the greatest mario in Nintendo's History!! The gameboy advance's "advanced hardware" allows any and all NES and SNES games to be ported to the gameboy advance. I'm glad they decided to start with Mario Two. This was always my favorite Mario game and I'm sure with the old school additions like mario bros. (original), and new school additions like four player link, I'll be playing this game daily!! You will too!!

It is a really fun game and I enjoy it alot. It is a little hard once you get to level 3-3. But I still think it is a fun and cool game. But I also think it gets challenging after a while which is also good.

I played this game a couple of weeks ago and it had the best graphics Ive ever seen on a handheld videogame.Well when this comes out in stores in june i'm going to get it. Out of my friends I'm the only one to even get my grummy paws on one of these master pieces. So if you haven't got your hands on one of these you can just drive to your nearest Toysrus or just order one!!

Not only did those crazy Nintendo guys bring back one of their great (underated at the time) games. It brings back the original Mario brothers game for an added boost of cartoonishly (kinda close to bad taste even but ah heck)italianism americanism video gaminism. "It-sa' me Mario." You get to hear goofy voices from good guys and bad guys alike on both games. Not too mention what was missing from the first go 'round, a save function that gives clutzy gamers such as myself a way to beat this thing without sitting up for days hoping the batteries last. New weapons, new moves, new enemies, and surprisingly more fun then I remember from sleep overs at friends...
Same as SNES?

From what I've seen from this game, the screenshots and short clips on the internet you can plainly tell this is not the ordinary side scrolling Mario game that most others are. This game is built off the original Mario Bros. 2 where instead of jumping on enemies to kill them you throw beets and weeds at them. While it is still a side scrolling game it doesn't have the same characteristics of a normal Mario Bros. game. You can choose between Toad, Luigi and Mario.(If that's all)The game doesn't revolve around mushrooms and firepower. This game revolves around the use of hearts you find in the game "floating" around. The bosses don't revolve around the princess being kidnapped or Bowser being a boss. Expect this game to be quite different from any other Mario game.
