Fun for everyone

This game is great for everyone in the family. Although our 7 year old probably won't being doing any yoga poses, he enjoys most of the other games. It creates healthy competition in our family and is a fun work out. If you can find it, you will enjoy it too.

kids, mom, and grandma all love it.

It's worth the money. It's a great way to stay motivated to work out. You get your choice of activities and it encourages you along the way. It's already been used more than all of the expensive gym memberships we've had over the years. You won't regret this purchase.

I just got this amazing contraption two days ago. And it seems like I'm on a spending spree when it comes to healthy products. The Wii Fit caused me along with many others a "fit" in trying to track it down. But it was well worth calling all the carrying retailers to nail this program. My body has that wonderful aching hum of satisfaction that only comes from working out successfully.

The exercises are fun to do especially with my good looking animated male coach lol. I kid, but the biggest kick I get out of this is seeing the mii's I designed running along with me or doing step aerobics. Where else can I work out alongside Einstein? (I did a pretty good job, he looks uncanny).

I look forward to using this, and unlike the nintendo ds weightloss coach, I was able to input how much weight and in what time I wanted to lose it. This is a great motivator considering the wii fit board doubles as a scale and tracks your progress. This has to be my best purchase of the year. Everyone who wants to get back on track should invest in the Wii Fit.

P.S. It's a good idea to use in conjunction with the nintendo ds weightloss coach for nutritional advice and supplemental support.

This game and the included balance baord are AWESOME!. Have a ton of fun and get some excercise at the same time! One note, do NOT pay one hundred seventy two dollars for this.... that is close to double the suggested retail price, just keep looking.

We love Wiifit

WiiFit is great. This was purchased as a birthday gift for my 64 year old mother but everyont from age 10 on up in our family has spent hours on WiiFit. Our favorite parts are the games. There are four sections, balance games, yoga, strength training and cardiovascular training.

Everyone should have one.

I've had the wii for awhile and I've played lots of great games(Super Mario Galaxy,Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart Wii). I thought this game would just be another game to my collection. When I saw it was so hard to buy it in stores I knew something was up with it. I was able to find it in Toys R Us after searching "everywhere". Just because I liked the pictures on the box I couldn't wait to open it. I know you can't tell a video game from the cover but it sure was true. I do my Wii Fit body test every day and I've been losing a few pounds. My mom even lets me play it when ever I want. Wii Fit is a great game for your Wii collection.

I recommend!

Pros -- fun to use with good programming and a good way to burn good calories. Very responsive board. Multiple people can use it and it will store their info. Tracks your weight loss with a nice program.

Cons -- all but 1 of the programs is 1-person. Would be nice if you could incorporate 2 boards into the same game (maybe a future upgrade). Also wish it had harder workouts (I've unlocked most things, but still a few left so maybe it'll get harder...)

Tons of options for workouts. The yoga poses are fun and the board is VERY responsive to movement so it really helps you work on your form. The aerobics are fun too -- the boxing is a GOOD work out. As dumb as I thought running in place would be, it's a surprising decent workout too -- not as good as running outside, but still gets you breathing. The games are fun too. It's a great product for all ages (I'm 28 and still like it). However, if you're looking for a really good workout, it doesn't hold a candle to a good gym workout or going for a real run. That said, if your current level of activity tops out with walking the mall, or you're looking for a fun supplement to a good workout (or want to get your kids off the couch) it's a great product. I have carpet and it works fine with the included leg extensions (just snap on). I didn't buy any extras, and I think the mat would stupid to buy from them (if you want a yoga mat they're much cheaper elsewhere). I'd be happy to answer any questions from anyone thinking of buying -- I'm glad I did!
