With so many First Person Shooters out there this game came at a perfect time. The weapons are all fun to use and unlike anything else out there. The level design looks like a Pixar movie and it was just a fun game to play. My son is 5 and he loves to play this game also...I had to fight him for time on it. Even my 360 fanboy friends have nothing bad to say about this game and they will bash anything PS3 related.

Just purchased the game last night and I have only stopped playing to sleep. The graphics and animation are absolutely incredible and the story line so far leaves nothing to be desired: Complex enough to be intriguing for adults like myself, but also easy enough for kids. Hopefully this won't be the last Ratchet & Clank adventure as it seems this is what the PS3 was made for. Stunning!

I have owned every ratchet and clank game they have made and i have not been dissapointed yet. The graphics and gameplay on Tools of Destruction are great. Its still familar enough to enjoy the things that everyone loved in the previous series titles, but still pushes the limits with new weapons, upgrade systems, and characters. Also they used the motion sensor in the new ps3 controller to enhance game play even farther. Overall I think its a great buy and a great game to add to your collection.

I have never played any of the Rachet and Clank games before and was told to at least try this one. I have to say that I was amazingly surprised at how much fun this game really is. The graphics and sound are fantasic, though my 50inch panisonic TV and Bose surround sound might help, and the story is extremely interesting. The fight scheme is great and so is the interaction between Ratchet and the world around him. Overall its a game that everyone should buy this Christmas for someone of any age!

What can I say, yet another reason to go out and get a PS3. The graphics are amazing and the game is alot of fun to play. Makes a intresting use of the six axis controller, letting you fly R&C through the air or steer them while you free fall.
Pure Genius!

I'm new to the Ratchet and Clank franchise and I have to say this game is a blast from beginning to end. The pacing is superb and the graphics are simply jaw dropping. Along with "Uncharted - Drake's Fortune" the PS3 finally gets some "must have" titles.
Great Game...

I thought I was reviewing this game BUT I ended up reviewing the strategy guide instead :( I can be such a knucklehead at times.
Anyway, I read a review at IGN and took a chance on this game. Glad I did. It is a hoot, and I suck at video games BUT I am having a ball with this one.
Happy Holidays,
Smacka
A must own.

Has Insomniac Games ever disapointed you before. From Fall of Man to Ratchet they just keep making AAA games.
