Exciting

Yes, the game was exciting, fun, and the graphics were outstanding...yet, it was far too short. Now, I've heard people call games short before, and never seemed to agree. Return of the King consists of three paths - one for Gandalf, one for the hobbits, and one for Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas. Each path has around 5 or 6 levels, all of which are fairly difficult, but exciting and action packed. The only two problems I had with the game were; Far too short, and the base of the game was action. If you like Lord of the Rings, enjoyed "The Two Towers", then you will surley enjoy this game.

My personal oppinion is a bit lower, but this game deserves the above rating.

Hey, I'm a hard-core LOTR fan, so I guess i'm a little biased. Still, I've got to say, I love this game! Sure, the camera angles can get a little annoying and the game has little replaying value, but it's quite fun, while it lasts. It is also quite difficult. The Wall of Minas Tirith level really took me a while. Still, I enjoy playing this game. Back to limited replay value: this is a pretty repetitive game. To put it simply, it's all the same, kill kill kill. Orcs, Trolls, Ringwraiths, it's all fighting. Still, if you want a great game with nice graphics, plenty of action, and stunningly-rendered scenery, give this game a try!

This is really fun! It is hard at first but as you get better moves it is easier. It is fun(and in some places a little boring especially when you fight gollum.) At the end you unlock players and go to any level. You do that for some time and then you get tired of the game. Overall Really great game that is awesome for LOTR fans.

I got this game for my birthday and it's the best game I have played. My mom doesn't buy just any game for the gamecube - it has to be worth it for her to spend money. For anyone thinking about getting it - get it! I really like the fact that I can play the game with my sister. The graphics are awesome. It's just a great game.

This game is the best game I have ever played for any game system! If you liked the Two Towers, you will LUV this game and want to sell TT! The graphics are so much better in ROTK and there is now a Co-op mode and online co-op. It has 15 levels and tons of bosses. In this game you get to fight champions, which are just like regular enemies but they usually have armor and they have a whole lot more health. The characters are Frodo, Sam, Legolas, Gimli, Aragorn, Gandalf, Merry, Pippin and Faramir. BUY THIS GAME!!!!!

I usually don't play games much and I usually avoid 'hack and slash' games, but this one is very fun! I have to say that is a pretty hard game. I have made it through on easy, normal, and hard, but I still have trouble with the palantirs of Sauron and Saruman without cheats. While it can be extremely frustrating to finish the game; the pure fun comes from re-playing all those levels with different characters and building your characters up to the highest experience level (which is 20). When you're that high, you can just plow through anybody on any level. I very much enjoy the levels of Minas Tirith (Top of the Wall and The Courtyard) just because they are incredibly crazy with non-stop action. I never get tired of playing The Pelennor Fields and the Black Gate; they are just so much fun and intense. A very good game that keeps me coming back for more even though I finished it.

I dont own this game, but i have played it on my friends PS2. I truly loved the number of different attacking styles there were with each character. The multi-player adventures were outstanding. You really rely on the person you are playing with, and I think that improves the gameplay a lot. I would highly recommend this game to all LOTR fans. It really gets you involved in the story!

Good Game But...
Ya see um you can't play as any character you want like in T.T.T it's divided in to "paths". There are 3 "paths" the path of Gandalf, the path of the king (Aragorn,legolas, And Gimly),The path of the hobbits .(Frodo And Sam) Except you can't play as Frodo till you're at Mordor :( But you can play as any character when you beat the game:) But you Can't replay levels as the same character (P.S they cuss on 1 level ) :(

This game is a good action game. The controls are easy to use and the levels are detailed and interactive. There isn't much blood except for the orcs' black blood. The game has minimal gore so it is appropiate for kids 10 and up. You can be Aragorn, Gimli, Legalos, Gandalf, and the hobbits. I won't tell any of the secret characters in order to keep the excitement. I would definitly recommend this game for any Lord of the Rings fan.

Best game ever made for any counsel the graphics are great. You can be all the people from the fellowship (except Borimir) The levels follow the movie great i think any person who has seen the movies would love this game
