great game!!! My kids likes to play it all the time. Exciting, fun, and it is kids learning game. I recommend Kingdom of Hearts for it is also with walt disney characters. My kids really enjoy playing it. Thanks

I really like this game. If you are a fan of the Final Fantasy games you'll want to add this game to your collection too. At first I wasn't so sure about the Disney characters but it turns out they're pretty cool in the game. Overall, this game is a nice addition to any gamer's collection.

These kingdom hearts games are the best RPG'S games ever in my opinion and I am anxiously awaiting the third installment. It is not only a good game but a game that can teach you alot about life if you pay attention to the story while you are playing. SIMPLY THE BEST RPG GAME EVER

Its insanley fun and you can replay it again and again and you will have a different experience each time. The main things that stink about it are the camera angles suck, and you have to watch the cut scenes all the way through so when you die at a boss you have to go back, watch the video, fight the boss and repeate the cycle if you die again. The graphics are beyond there time, and i am going to play it right now

One might think that this game with younger characters and disney might sound shallow, but this is not the case. Very original, the game in my opinion has the best storyline since Final Fantasy VII, it has a way of grabbing you and wanting to find out what happens next. The battles are also a lot of fun, and give you the opprotunity to fight both final fantasy and disney characters.

I thought Disney's involvement would pretty much guarantee a solid gaming experience, but no. Sure, the cut-scene animations are great, and it's cool to see all the Disney characters--but otherwise, it's hard to figure out who's supposed to like this game! The gameplay is way too simplistic and repetitive for serious gamers, but it's too slow-paced, too map-based, and ultimately just not imaginative enough to hold the interest of most kids--or even us boring grownups for that matter :).

Underneath it all, Kingdom Hearts is a very second-rate RPG with little to recommend it aside from its cool animation and its Disney cameos. Is it worth 50 bucks? No. If you're excited about seeing Disney characters onscreen, your money would be better spent on your Disney DVD collection.

Ok, before I start this reveiw, let me just state that I know that a bunch of die-hard kingdom hearts fans are going to nuke my reveiw into the stone age, but here me out, I mean I understand that most of us people that gave this game a 1 star rating just hate it because Disney characters are in it, but also almost all you kingdom hearts lovers say stuff like this in your reveiws: OH MY GOD THIS GAME IS SO GOOD, I PLAYED FOR HOURS AND THE STORY IS SOOOOOOOOO COOL (and/or) CUTE (mostly depending on gender of the reveiwer) but that was no help to people who actually want to look in to this game before buying it will think its good and knows nothing about the gameplay. Now that you have heard me out, on to the reveiw:

I was not fond of the story in this game at all, is it just me or is saving the universe with a key a little fruity? Anyway you are Sora, a queer (double meaning there:) )looking final fantasy-esque kid who befreinds Goofy and Donald and goes out to kill little baddies called the heartless and a council of bad guys from disney movies and save your freinds that you knew before Goofy and Donald,and when yo go to levels the micky mouse symbol is EVERYWHERE even if they dont know micky even exists! Thats the jist of it. The graphics are OK not good though, and the soud is the only thing that was gtruly good in this game, but those arent that important. Now on to the gameplay, this game seems to have good gameplay, but its only a disguise for the truly horrible gameplay it has. for instance Goofy and Donald are programed to follow you so it seems like they are working as a teambut when they fight there stupid AI tells them to attack the closest thing next to it not act strategicly and kill big strong guys or health givers first and they sure dont work as a team the heartless also has a stupid AI when it comes to fighting. Also you can use little combos the game gives you to fight but only extreme button mashing really works later on which I really HATE to button mash (it kills your controller). Oh yes how could I forget, two words decribe the worst part of this game: Gummi Ship. yes even the most fanatic fans of this game can't say the little gummi ship levels are good. in these in-between real levels levels you fly around in somthing a two year old made with building blocks and shoot other blocks. Well thats my reveiw. I'd better get some lepord skins because this reveiw is gonna be sent back into the stone age.

I bought this game for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves RPGs like Dragon Warrior and FF10, so I thought he would like this game from the user reviews I read.

But buyer beware! This game is not a traditional RPG. It's not turn-based, and that makes it more like Nintendo's Zelda games than a RPG.

The graphics are nice, but the story is weak, and the game is really difficult.

You'll find yourself doing the same things over and over and over again just because you fell from a high spot. Your also going to have to use a walkthrough to find what to do next.

The worst thing about this game though is the camera angle problems. You'll find yourself constantly adjusting the camera so you can see yourself and see around you. It's really annoying.

I would not recommend this game, even though it is a great price.
