Great Katamari

I was randomly introduced to this game and have to admit I was hooked within minutes. This is an extremely addictive game that will keep you entertained for hours. Even when I was stuck and couldn't clear a stage, I never got so frustrated that I gave up, I just kept playing. The only thing that I didn't like about this game was that it ended too soon. I want more! The plot line is hilarious and whatever was lost in translation was gained in goofy-ness. Very enjoyable. I highly reccomend this game if you like to battle with yourself.

i love it just as much as we love kaktamari, it's an original game that anyone can play, and amazon had the best price for it new as a package deal

Who would have thought rolling a ball around and picking up random crap while japanese pop music playing in the background would be SO MUCH FUN! Wish it was longer!!

this game is a lot of fun. small learning curve and then it's off rolling around collecting fun things to expand your katamari. i love how when you pick things up sometimes they have sound effects. too funny AND fun!

There are very few video games that have held my thrall. There was Millipede, Tetris, Soul Calibur II and most recently Bejeweled. That's about it. Then KD came my way. Sounds very simple and bizarre, right? Well, it is, and it's so much fun to play. No buttons to press, just roll your ball around with the joysticks and push away! My little niece loves it, and so do I.

This game is somewhat cool and somewhat dumb. The mixture of both makes it great. The premise is silly, making stars from the stuff on earth as the prince of the ruler of the universe. The music is INCREDABLY CATCHY. Some boards have big production pieces as the music singing about Katamari and others just have someone humming a theme song. Either way, it will , I repeat - IT WILL - get stuck in your head. Perhaps for weeks.

Now the game. It is fun. You start rolling around and getting the hang of it and then before you know it you are rolling peopole into your katamari. They yell and run away. As your katamari snowballs, you pick up buildings, bridges, ect. It's really fun, remember - it is dumb, but overall it is fun.

Also, get a tivo 'cause they're awesome.

A Wonderful game. But I'm dissapointed because there is only about 15 levels.

I love this game, it's great, you roll this ball around and pick things up. You can even pick up things like chalk drawing once your big enough. :)

This is sooooo fun!!! I don't know why or how. But it is AWESOME!!! Here's a secret too. Once you do enough levels, there will be a level called ending. If you go there, you can put countries on the ball!!! Overall the best thing on Earth (except BB guns).
