The DBZ game we have all been waiting for

Overall, this game has been the game I have waited for all my life as a DBZ fan. If your like me, you probably knew about Gt and all that good stuff long before it even came out, that's why I wanted a game like this to come out so that I could actually have some durablity and imagination with DBZ. Sadly enough, this will probably be the last true DBZ game out there because this game ends the story line and Gt is almost over. So have fun with this game, I know I will

Now if you heard any rumors that there are people from DBGT its a lie the only person from DBGT is Omega Shenron. Its such a bummer. The only people from movies are Cooler Bardock and Broly. So dont get all worked up over none of that stuff and go crying to yor mom oh please can I get DragonBallZ Budokai 3. But the game is worth it. And if you heard that you can fly anytime in the game what it really means is that in Dragon Universe (Story Mode) you can fly where you want to go. Now here's a tip from me after you go to Cheat cc and find out how to get Omega Shenron get him and get World Tournament Advanced use him in it and before it says fight go to the edge and when your apponent attacks press forward and x at the same time and if they teleport behind you keep doing you should be able to teleport more because at the beggining of the fight Omega Shenron has full ki. (P.S get the casule called sparking that takes up all of your characters ability slots.)

DBZ Budokai 3 is the 3rd entry in the Budokai series and is definately the best. This game has stunning graphics that look like they came right from the anime, many new features in battle including the fan favorite, the dragon rush. The voices are done by the original voice actors of the show and the music is just great. Here you will find the usual world tournament, dueling, practice, edit skills, and the options modes. In addition, there are 2 new modes, dragon universe and dragon arena. Dragon universe acts like the story mode except you will be able to use up to 11 characters and you'll get to fly around and discover many hidden things while enjoying the story. Once you get good at dragon universe you'll unlock the dragon arena. The dragon arena is just like the dueling mode except that you can gain experience to level up your characters, fight custom characters made by the computer, and best of all, post passwords you get from the game, whenever you change your character's stats, on the internet. Thats only half of it, you can also input the passwords you get on the internet into the game to fight other custom characters made by people around the world. With all these new features, its no surprise that Budokai 3 is the best entry in the series.

best dbz fighting game

The first 2 budokai games are failures once 3 came out. It has twice as many characters and a nice easy warping system, also dodging blows is made simple. You can also "customize" your characters stats. Simply a must have for dbz fans

Budokai 3 is by far the most funnest dbz game ever. There are so many characters to be in this game. The Basics are Goku, Kid Gohan, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Picollo, Vegeta, ECT. There are lots of secret characters like Broly, Cooler, Bardock, Omega Shinron (GT). Plus you can be Super Sayian4 Goku and Vegeta. Story mode is fun and challenging and tournaments are cool too. The hyper attacks are amazing and great. Dragon rush is another great feature in this game that captures the magic of the tv show. Even though if your not a fan of DBZ this game is worth the money. Buy it today or rent it. It's the greatest ever

great, enjoyable fighting game

having not played a solid fighting game in quite some time and feeling like rekindling my old DBZ interest, I set off to a game store to pick this puppy up for 30 bucks. It's a great game, easily worth 50 dollars, even though I payed almost half that. The dragon universe is very nice, and i enjoyed playing through the character's sagas, and searching for the dragon balls (but by the time i got to vegetas saga the dragon ball searching was a little boring). Martial arts tournament mode was fun,as was that unlockable mode (forgot the name!), where you choose a leveled up character and fight against the computer of a certain level. and 40 characters! it has basically every character you could have hoped for, mainly from the DBZ series and movies. transformations are nicely done, and the controls aren't that hard to master (although i still have trouble with pursue). in short, a great game for DBZ fans and non fans alike. I could easily reccomend tis to anyone.

Being a big dbz fan i couldn't wait for this game and i got it for christmas, what a great present and once again Atara did not let me down the game is absolutely brilliant its got all the neccesaries all packed into one ass kicking game, those being fast paced fighting some nice new combos a new energy system, lightning speed teleportation just like the series and a great new overdrive system allowing you to use the big moves without fealing two cheap knowing that you wiped out your opponent with one combo, it gives a warning to watch out to your opponent.

Before budokai 3 budokai 2 was the leading dragonball z game but that in a way was rather dissapointing, the main thing being that instead of using the dragon universe and storyline they brought a crappy gameboard style single player. Budokai 3 makes up for all previous mistakes and much further enhances the game, it reintroduces a cool new dragon universe where you can fly around as 1 of 11 different characters and carry out there stories as they are in the cartoon, here you will unlock most of the other characters and gamemodes.

In dual mode you can select all of the characters and use all abilities only difference from the first budokai is that you can choose to add up to 7 health bars on your character for a longer, greater fight.

There are three different tournament modes novice,adept,advanced and a cool new unlockable, cell games arena where you can use all items and abilities and you play without the ring-out boundaries.

The practice and training modes are basically the same as number two with a few enhancements including 8 new training modes.

The final attachment is the battle arena, which i thought was an excellent idea it dishes out hundreds of different challenges for you to stand up to and allows you to raise the levels of any characters and unlock a few new characters and items from some of the battles.

You can take my word for it, the game is a deffinate must have for all dbz fans and even if your not im pretty sure you will love the game anyway, at the moment i don't know of anyone who doesn't like the game and don't there ever will be.

first of all this game is the best of the budokai series .second they have 13 in this game i think slug too.third i barely got ssj4 goku in 2nd time in du mode.these are who i got 1.gohan 2.teen gohan 3. gohan adult 4.piccolo 5. krillin 6.tien 7.yamcha 8.kid goku 9.bardock (if u have dbzb2 memory u auto get him)10.kid buu 11.majin buu 12.super buu 13.vegeta ss1 ss2 14.goku kaioken ss1 ss2 ss3 ss4 and thats it.i barely got it 2 days ago and im hooked. things hard about this game is that u have to search the whole area for the unknown spots.take a while but sooner or later u find em. go to goku the 2nd time in du and go to granpa gohan before u fight nappa to get kid goku. a thing that is not good is that u cant win money in tournaments now.now for the guy wonderin how to get brolly u get him in kid buu part.but instead of going after kidd buu go and find brolly dont go fight kid buu.to get uub beat kid buu with the spirit ball or bomb move.to get ss4 gogeta u have to be invited to a fusions contest and you have to beat him.if u dont know how to teleport get them in the air do a kick punch energy move then repeatedly press circle.hint... do not automaticly go to a match i suggest u search for money and capsules because if u get the black membership card u can go to the capsule shop and buy ss4 vegeta.for any of u beginners to the game having hard time on super buu with vegito (longshot)just use the spirit cannon over and over.for more info check out these site gamespot.com faqs.ign.com or supercheats.com they will help u out in cases like unlocking characthers.well its 10.00 and im playing and typing so pce out and dragonball with live on foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
