World of Warcraft is an excellent game

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 0 / 5

This game is absolutely great. The game is very fun to play and can become very addicting. The only thing i dislike about the game is the navigation, using the arrow pad and the mouse. Other than that, this is a great game for all games. It is very inexpensive to play every month, compared to others.

Best Online Game

Take the best of the Warcraft games and take the best of the Diablo games, put them together and add the online multiplayer, and you got one of the best games ever created. Blizzard sure did it with this one, and I can't wait to get the expansion.
If you are not sure about buying this game, get a friend to pass you the trial account, you will go non-sleep for the free 10 days.

Give it a go.

You might find it too easy/boring, you might not. I like it.

Fun but can be frustrating at times

The game is pretty good and a little to frustrating at times. It is hard to find good people to play with and help out with quest. It is set up so you have to have guilds and groups to get the good stuff. I only wish there were more people who were friendly on servers. Although I have found some good people on the game. PvP is the best because you can learn alot on how to use your class while fighting other players. Gurubashi is the server I play on. Jeff (Bombshell) if you have a PC this game is worth a few hours a week and a try. Stay with your studies first though. One thing the game does need is an exspantion with new added features. All in all the game is good fun and can be rewarding at times. Have fun with it everyone.

Best MMO!

World of Warcraft is the best MMO out. Period. It is the most fun and addicting game I have played in quite some time. Some of the key qualities I like are:

* You don't have to know anything about the previous Warcraft games.
* You don't have to have any MMO experience. The interface is very intuitive and helpful
* It suits a multitude of gaming styles. For example, you can choose to solo to the max level or do everything with a group, or both. You don't even have to fight, you can be a farmer or merchant.
* Just when you think you've seen everything in the game there's something new to discover or a new area becomes available to explore.

OMG WOW

This is the best game I've ever played.

The PROS of WOW

1.The game is fun and I've found that people are nice (at least on horde:) I've had a good time playing with people and I have a friend who has a Level 60 character so he gave me some money.
2.OK now let's talk about exp. You GET EXP FOR DISCOVERING NEW AREAS. It's not very much but it's something. Quests give you so much exp. And when you logout you get an exp bonus. So when you login back in you get twice the normal exp for killing monsters. So you level a lot faster then in other games.
3.The tank class (warrior) is not boring. Warriors have a lot of attacks and they can out damage mages and rogues (the damage dealers). My level 22 warrior can out damage mages at his level with his two-handed-sword. I've done it.
4.There are tons of quests and you get good items from quests and TONS OF EXP.
5. Dungeons are so fun. A group of 3-5 people can go in to a dungeon and get tons of good items and exp. Dungeon quests give better items and MORE EXP THEN NORMAL QUESTS.
CONS.
1. There is a lot of running and it takes a lot of time to get from one place to anther. But at level 40 you can get a mount to increase your movement speed by 60% and at level 60 by 100% and you can get flying mounts but you have to pay a little money to fly.

So there you have it. It's the best game in the world SO BUY IT NOW NOW NOW.

Read the Review - esp. about it being Spyware - but still ok for me

I downloaded the trial version of WarCraft yesterday (Sun, 03/09/08) at about 11:30 AM EDT and didn't stop playing until 12:25 AM (Mon, 03/10/08). Needless to say I found WarCraft impressive. I went right to the '1' reviews here at Amazon and was also impressed by the fellow who basically called the program specialized spyware (because it is a EULA violation checker) and panned the customer service as arrogant and uncaring. I also read about 'after the 60 level" character limitation issue i.e. you have to join in a crowd to make any headway (i.e. not get killed .0001 seconds) unless you want to get into an endless loop of 'same-old, same-old'.

Well as I can get the program cheap for about $8.00 here at Amazon and since all I basically want to do is: kill monsters galore and freely and heavily flirt with the virtual hotties (God knows what these women look like behind the mask and I REALLY don't want to know) and as $15.00 per month is no hardship (cheaper than some dating services and I don't have to go on any expensive dates cringing about what she'll think of me or trying to be polite when she doesn't live up to the image she created in my mind with her online profile, emails and chat sessions) WarCraft should be fine for a past time for me and I do recommend.

Better The Everquest...A lot better.

I first began my online gaming with Everquest 2, that got really old and boring so i canceled my account and for almost two years i stop playing online games until i saw this in my local store and decide to buy, long story short i love this game very fun, and simple but never get tired of it playing it. Graphics are a little toonish but beside that a great game. Thanks to this game I got the courage to downloaded a trail version of Everquest to see which i like better, which is most likely this one but who knows.

COMPLETLY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
