If u choose EQ2 over this game I suppose u see a hospital CAUSE THIS GAME ROCKS. Ive never been much of a fan over mmorpg but this just blows them all away. If u compare this with EQ2 it doesnt even come close to what WoW is made of. So people make the right choice!
best game for the pc

Ive been playing warcraft games for a while and this one is the best. There are only a few problems with this game. One i dont like this pvp server or normal server. It confuses me. I would like it better if you can just attack player from the opposite faction any time you want and you wont have to turn on a little flag thing. Another problem is you have to pay a monthly fee but it is worth it. I also dont like how it requires a lot of RAM and CPU speed. If you dont have enouth of that it will lag a lot and be very slow.
Overall this is a great game and i recommend this especially if you have played warcraft 3 reign of chaos and frozen throne.

I'd like to take a moment to mention some things that Blizzard has done to improve on previous MMORPG. Things that people have wished thier with other MMORPG would do to make it "more fun" to play.
The first and best thing, I think, is that WoW has an Add-on feature. It is actually incouraged to make and use add-ons. These involve using data to inhance play. Not hacks which change that data. Examples of add-ons that I use are a clock(which every game should have), a map add-on that adds a mark everytime I find a metal(for mining) or herb(for herbalism) for later reference, and a new one that let's you set a path for your character to follow automaticlly forward or in reverse. Great for if you need to travel a lot between two towns that there is no flight path for.
Another great feature is the ability to set up looting options for a party. The options are set by the party leader to do a random roll automaticly if an uncommon, rare, or epic item appears. The leader can also set the looting habits to free-for-all w/no rolls, round robin w/no rolls, group loot(which is like round robin) w/rolls ,or master looter which gives a party member the ability to choose who gets what items.
I also want to mention questing. I've seen talk of how it's the same "type" of quest over and over. This is true and yet not that bad. People use to refer to leveling as grinding. Having to sit there and fight in one spot to just get exp for the next level. It was boring and a pain. With the quest system in WoW you may need 10 items from 2 different creatures. Most are counting everytime they loot one of the items they needed(which don't drop all the time of course). What most don't see is that you have killed an average of 30 creatures to get the 10 items you need for the quest. Then you have another quest to collect plants in which you have to kill creatures to get close enough to the plant. What makes WoW's quest system nice is that since people are counting the items they need to loot and not counting the creatures it takes to get there, they don't realize that they are still grinding. The use of "grinding" is not used with WoW but instead is called "questing" by players. And they have enough types of quests that it realy isn't THAT noticable unless you are looking for it. Plus, the stories are what keep the quests interesting.
Some other features that Blizzard has improved on are the fact that weight is not a factor in WoW, a small "area" map that puts arrows up to show any nearby towns and the direction of your party members, merchants show a small stat window of what you are looking at AND of what you already have equiped, and others that I remember being happy to see but am so used to them now that I just enjoy the game for what it is....a game.
GREAT GAME!

it is a great game, there is over 3000 quest, so you will never run out of things to do. If questes gets too boring, you could always join a guilt and fight. There is just too much to do.

My older boys have really enjoyed the game, but keep in mind tha actual cost with the subscription fees. After forking over a 6-month subscription - I sincerely hope the game stays near the top of their playlist.
On the other hand, my younger son seems to have the better value with his "ToonTown" subscription.

This game (as many of you know) is more addictive than heroine. I don't think I count the number of hours I've spent playing Blizzard products and this one won't be any different. Now if I could only stick to making one character... With the release of the battlegrounds "expansion", I don't think I'll be doing much else.
