This game is a remake of the classic Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the Super Nintendo. It has timeless gameplay, smooth graphics, a wonderful plot, and amazing replay value. I reccomend this game to anybody, whether you be an action gamer of a roleplayer, it's a must have.
This is the ultimate gift for any gamer, and with the all-new multiplayer adventure, you might even find some companions to share the game with.
You can't go wrong buying this game. Go for it.

If you weren't fortunate enough to play this game for SNES a couple years back, then this game is a must have for ANY fan of Zelda.Even hardcore Zelda fans who have played this game before for SNES will find it fun and will replay it many, many times.
Even if you need a break from those mind-bending dungeons, theres a way to play the game!Grab a friend and play the cooperative game "Four Swords",which comes with a link to the past.
The intricate dungeons, absorbing storyline, and the amazing fun factor of this game will keep you entertained for HOURS AT A TIME. I highly recommend this game to ALL Zelda fans that are looking for either a fun flashback,or a new adventure!

If you own a GBA and even slightly enjoyed the Zelda series from the past several years, then I would recommend buying this game immediately. It is that good.

While it is a remake, this title has some age on it, so the majority of gamers out there will find the adventure to be "new". The transformation from the big console to the Advance is perfect...nothing is missing. You will spend lots of time exploring the worlds as well as lurking through dungeons, figuring out puzzles in order to complete your goals. There are lots of enemies to fight (from skeletons to snakes) so you will have your hands full.

This is one of those games you don't want to miss.

A Masterpiece Reborn! Classic adventure for all time!

The year is 1991, Nintendo has released their new game console; The Super Nintendo Entertainment System, the successor to their mega-hit console the NES. The original NES had two Zelda games, the first being the a seminal piece of gaming by Shigeru Miyamoto, "The Legend of Zelda" changed the way games were looked at and heralded new forms of gaming. The sequel was not as profound yet quite enjoyable but somewhat forgettable. Five years after the release of the first Zelda game, Miyamoto returned to the original formula of the first game and created "A link to the Past", this game follows the style of the first Zelda very closely, and adds much more depth. The game is very large in scope and quite fulfilling.

In 2003, gaming is a lot different, Zelda has had numerous sequels, some in 3D and a few in 2D for the GameBoy, but over time this game still retained it's charm. A few years ago Nintendo was planning to re-release the first Zelda game on the GameBoy but due to screen limitations it was not very playable, but luckily the GameBoy Advance has enough screen room to recreate the SNES game.

Zelda on the GBA is sheer joy. The game is a good dozen years old but it proves good games never die. A new Zelda is on the horizon, one that appears to be like nothing we have ever seen before. Before you venture to play that, step back and find a link to the past. You won't regret it.

This game is great

I love this game!I have played three other Zelda games before this one, but A Link to the Past is the best by a lot. It is challenging, but not too hard, and provides hours of gameplay. I say this game is definitely a must-have.

An awesome RPG Title

Zelda III is once again brought out in this great GBA package. While one of the downsides is the fact that nearly ALL of the pictures are the exact same, it features the new side-quest [Four Sword] game. I have not yet to try it, but I hear it is an awesome addition to the Zelda game; it helps if you acquire the Master sword and complete the game (it enhances the Link from the Four Sword game).

While it isn't known much, the GameCube Zelda Wind Waker is said to have connectivity features with this game. If you plan on buying this game, I recommend preordering the Gamecube version as well.

--Story--
It is a stormy night, and a young princess calls you. "Help me..my name is Zelda. I am trapped in the castle." You wake up to find your uncle, armed as if he is ready to battle. He leaves you saying not to follow, but you do anyway. Soon to find your Uncle, you acquire his sword, and the legend continues...

The best game ever...

The title says it all, it IS the best game ever. You are (of course) Link, and (of course) have to save Zelda. I just got my new gameboy advance in the mail today, and i am very exicited about that. Anyway, the plot, you have to save Zelda and 7 other maidens, get 7 crystals, and 3 pendants or something like that. The plot doesn't matter that much here because the rpg elements, plus the joy of it all equals pure brilliancy, the work of a genius. I love the entire series, but this (so far, wait for Wind Waker) is the best. Awesome! I love this game!

Incredible!

I played it in Wal-Mart for 10 minutes and bought it! I liked it so much. If you get stuck in one player, you can take your mind of it and play with your friends... or enemies. Graphics? Great! Game Play? Even better. Throwing your friends around in multiplayer? Perfect.

the best dang zelda game so far
