Hi i have tested this game for maxis and i thought it was a major blast the graphics were awsome with new designs it makes the game more real and you can design your own house if you have played sim city 2000 or sim city you know how much fun it is to build your own little village or a new york size city but now you can have the statue of liberty or the white house right in your town this game is a must have so buy buy buy!!!!!!!

Do not get this game! The game has poor graphics, bad gameplay and the game quickly becomes tiresome. The scenarios are not very good at all. They are either extremely easy or almost impossible. There is also no guide that even vaguely explains how to work the game. It took me a while to learn how to just get water to the houses. The games tutorial only teaches you things if you were already very good at the game, opposed to being just a begginer.

I think that this game is great. I got it and could not stop playing it. It is a very fun and addictive game. I like the landmarks and graphics. I played it for a while and all of a sudden it started to crash for no reason. I played it like it would normally and right in the middle it would just freeze and go back to my desktop. I don't know what happened. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and the same thing happened. Other than the game crashing, I found that it was an excellent game.

SimCity 3000: Unlimited is quite entertaining, i had played it for a little when i first got it, difficult to get started so i set it aside for another time. i had forgotten i had it until a friend saw it in my CD tower and asked how it was remembering i used to play Sim games all the time, so i installed it, started playing, been playing all day for 3 days, and i'll prolly continue to considering im having the most fun ive had in a long time. takes a bit to relearn a few aspects, went bankrupt about 40 times so i adjusted a few knick knacks in the budget, and maybe a load or two if i needed to build a power plant that went dead, then hit african swallow and make sure my end of year funds went closer to zero rather than further in debt and waited... ...

Slightly More Intricate Than Past Games. Has Potential

For everyone who loves the simulation games like SimCity, this edition will not disappoint as it expands the options that each designer can use to develop their city. The potential for more diverse building types and a more interesting development scenario add to flavor of the game. In reality though, 3000 Unlimited is nearly identical to the most previous editions to the game, merely adding some interactive features.
If you are a big fan of SimCity and want to get even more in depth with your cities, go ahead and buy it, the price is right. If you were easily bored with SimCity 2000 or 3000, maybe you should try another scenario game. For someone who has never played the game before, it's your call. Either buy it now to test it out or wait a year or two until the newest edition is released (I assume there will be one). Most likely the next edition will be different than 3000 Unlimited.

It's probably good fun if you haven't seen Simcity 3000. And it's even better if the last thing you played was Simcity 2000. But if you already have Simcity 3000, don't go for it. It's nothing but a cheap relaunch from Maxis - they better think about real game improvements next time, rather than how to squeeze the last drop out of this game.

I have played many versions of the Sims at my friends house, and they were great. Very fun. So I went to get this Simcity 3000, very excited to start to play this game, but then I noticed that this game stinks on ice!! It is way too complicated me. Now i feel like i have just wasted 20.00 on a really bad game.

Not necessarily worth paying for a whole new game!

This game is not really worth paying for a hole new game when all you are really getting is an upgrade. As far as playing the game, it is really not very different from Sim City 3000. But still very cool.

This game is soooooooo cool. Whenever I get a new game I usually play it for about a week and then beat it or get tired of it, but I got SimCity 3000 U for Christmas and now it's almost April and I still play it! I am 11 years old and I think it is challenging but that is what makes it fun. And when you get board with what YOU have you can go on the inernet at simcity.com and get more stuff to play with. I recomend this to anyone above the age of 8, because if you are younger then 8 you may get frustrating.
