Well if you like any command and conquer you'll like this. Because its the same as all the other ones. Good graphics and easy game play so if you just come on to command and conquer it fun but they really are all the same. I enjoyed this above all other westwood games and the realisticness is scary. For example when you play an allied campaign in colorado you find the air force acadamy chaple and it really looks like it. You find many other land marks as well. One flaw is that a small unit is two storys high when its next to a building. Well I guess that is realy it. The game is sort of shallow and like I said(I can't stress this enough) it really is the same as all the other westwood games so I just if your new with them, get this, but if you played some other westwood games it isn't worth it.
HAHAHAHAHAHA

This game must be the worst of the Command & Conquer series. The story are so bad, you just want to put it away. Why did the allies want soviet to be their ally if they have no permission to build tanks??? Who is this Yuri-guy? The year is about 1950, I mean, comon! Mind-control? Wheater machines? Kane are not in this game, Nod and GDI have no connection to RA2. How can people love this game, it's almost an exactly copy of Tiberian Sun (wich were good, despite the graphics). Personally, I think WestWood (WW) should finish Tiberian Twilight (sequel to TibSun). The GDI-NOD conflict are mutch better and the units are more time-made. The story are also better (who Kane is? where did tiberium come from etc...). Now WW are almost finished with Yuri's Revenge, witch also will be dissapointing. I think Renegade should be playable, but you can only hope.
EXCELLENT

this game is the coolest. you go around destroying other peopl's bases. if you play super weapons you get to use nukes. the french have this thing called the grand cannon. it shoots giant exploding shells. the soviets are the best thow.they get this blimp called a kirof. it drops nukes on people. i would recomend this game to some one who likes action and is good at planning. you wouldn't want a 5 year old playing it thow. its not bloody but people get killed.
A Good Game

RA2 is, overall, a good game. But, things could be improved.
The game was not all that different from the first RA. It has the same Allies VS. Soviet that the first one had, althogh with different and probably more units. The graphics were better and so were alot of the options for multiplayer and singleplayer.
I think the soundtrack was ok but could have been improved. If you liked the first one you'll like this one.4 stars is what I think, a well deserved rating.
Again it was an overall good game but, I'm looking forward to the changes there going to put into the Generals. {For info on Generals go to Planet CNC.} I liked it because of the strategy used it was a well evened out {not one side was better, you pretty much used your preference} and the fun I have playing it especially over the internet. I reccomend this game to people who are looking for strategy not something different from some other CNC games. No offense to Westwood. And i'm 13.
Command and Conquer Again.

This game is based, of course, off of Red Alert, which came out in around 1997. Well, sadly, since then the Command and Conquer series hasn't changed at all. This game just takes the Tiberian Sun engine and gives it a small visual overhawl but has bascially the same units and builds except instead of NOD and GDI it's now Russia and America. However, this game does have some qualities that give it three stars. Things like the wonderful movies and story line that goes with it, espically if you play the Russian side (which gives a transition into the Expansion Pack). However, you will find that the game play puts you to sleep after a few missions, and that in the end they're all the same.
Pros:
Good Movies
Interesting Story Line
Cons:
Over done battle engine.
Reused Missions
Same "Build and Rush" tactics in the game.
Piping Hot Root Beer - Believe The Hype!

This game is definatly a step in the right direction for future RTS games. Certainly, it's better than C&C:TS. It's about on par with the original RA, and has many creative and different units. Unlike most other RTS games i've played, there are major differances between the armies, even down to the foot solder, where the allies domminate. except in the Navy, where they preatty much are the same. that kinda makes me sad, since the allies used to really kick in the water. One advancement in t his game is that they replaced those pop-up in-mission game hints with video and audio cutsceanes. While the acting is really bad, I expect to see that again in the future. (Did this game come before or after Starcraft?) While this game is without perfection, it is very entertaining, and anyone who is into RTS games should consider it, specially if you like the C&C universe.
