... This game is cheesy beyond description, and I don't like that in video games. This is the first Command and Conquer game I've owned .... and I did not find it fun at all. It wasn't funny, violent, or amazing like many say. On top of that, the graphics are some of the worst I've ever seen. ....

I think this is an excellent game. It helps develope the stratigic division of the brain tons! It's fofills everybodies dream of blowing up anything and everything.

I have played and beat both the Soviet missions and Allied an this game rocks!! I can't wait till Yuri's Revenge come's out. The missions are sometimes hard but once you get started winning you can't stop. It has very clear and very life like video brefiefings for all missions.

Best of the Command and Conquer Series

I found RedAlert 2 to be the best of the Command and Conquer series. After playing the pre-designed missions, you can set up your own battles in skirmish mode. I love the pure strategy of the game.

This game has it all. Strategy humor so much gameplay it will blow your mind! Training movies soviets america... Tanyas back and ready to kick some butt! Yuris revenge is the expantion and its just as good!

C&C part one is better

It is better than Red alert 1 and that is a very easy mission to
accomplice.
The good part in this game is that you can put soldiers inside buildings.
But the first game in this series is the best one.
Buy it, i'm not stopping you.

I would highly recomend getting this game to anyone. As a gift, anyone from the ages of 10 to about 30 will enjoy the real time strategic command this game offers. I've had it for close to eight months now, and have never bored of it. For anyone thinking to buy, I would also recomend the expansion pack: Yuri's Revenge. The two together are nearly un-matchable.

Better than Warcraft...

I've been an avid Warcraft fan for years. I bought War3 but actually don't play it because I don't have the time to master the aggressive AI, and hence went back to War2. This game provides many more units and buildings than War2, with several options to configure the difficulty - number of players, whether they fight each other (free for all) and the difficulty level of each computer player. You can play a quick skirmish against a single easy player in 10 minutes or spend 2 hours against several more advanced.

This is definitely my new game of choice.

More of the same RTS we have had since Dune II

Red Alert2 is and awesome game!It combines a good storyline with awesome multiplayer mode for tons o' fun!Although right now this game isn't the best(because Yuri's Revenge is coming out) the price has dropped and it's still as good as always.
