This is a great great gmae but short.The graphics are good so are the controls,the camra moves very smoothly,also the storyline is great....

I've played this game maybe 3 times cuz its my friends and he just brought in his Playstation 2 because we had some time to play in school because of some testing stuff. ANYway.. From the very beginning i played this i loved it! You have to understand that this is the probably maybe the first fighting game i've seen like this, i think Armor Core 2 is like it also, But yeah ok the single player thing is short, ok the ending as i heard [it is bad], WHO CARES! Screw single player! Do a Human on Human battle and this game will give plenty of fun. Believe me we played a big tornament with this and NBA Street (which is another cool game) Once you master this game then you seem like some sort of kick [behind] gear guy (or something) to your friends, but who cares its just a game! Its not supposed to be played day in and day out!!!!!! Since this is probably a test for the ENGINE would turned out great. And what is it with everyone talking about the metal gear solid 2 demo?? I didn't even like the first one! i mean you get seen and you have to run like a scared rabbit??? Plus you have to sneak around ALLLL THE DAMN TIME!!!! I like syphon filter better cuz they swithed it around after awhile! well anyway this is a great game Specially playing on a projector so the robots look bigger then you!

ZONE OF THE ENDERS is a good game. but I giv it a 4stars rating. it has realy good game play. and I like the graphic. you should get this game. right NOW DO IT NOW RIGHT NOW SEE YOU.
Best game with mech.

If you think all mech games are slow and cluncky. Play this game, it will prove you wrong. The fighting is so fast and fun, you will just keep playing. The story line is also great. The only downside is the game is not a long one. But you can keep playing it.

once you end it youll never play it again , just the first part of soulreaver its "half a game" we as the consumer should sue them for making 50 % not 100 % percent of a game .

Well, let's first say that I have have yet to see Hideo Kojima do a bad game, and Z.O.E. is no exception. Like all of his previous and up coming works, Z.O.E. features a complex storyline that twists with every step you take thoughout the game. Also like his others works, the visuals are absolutely stunning. The control interface is quite seemless and within a matter of minutes you'll find yourself doing complicated and highly powerful short and long range attacks. I will say that the part that I enjoy the most is the close in engery sword duels with the enemy drones.
If you are a fan of Macross, Neo-Genesis, or even Escaflowne will find this to be a fine addition to their PS2 collection, and those who are fans of Hideo Kojima will enjoy both Z.O.E. and the Metal Gear: Sons of Liberty Demo.
One of the BEST mech fighting games out for ps2

Lets see, I bought this game for the metal gear solid 2 demo so when i got home from circuit cit with the game i played metal gear solid 2, then i tried ZOE thinking its gonna be a pretty cool game, i wasnt sure if it was great or not but i mostly wanted it for MGS2,(by the way MGS2 is the best game)so when i played ZOE it amazed me, i liked it soo much. The game is really fun and the controls are very good for all the things you can do in the game. I really love this game and think that everyone should at least rent it, and buy it after u rent it because i garantee you will like them both.
A definite MUST BUY!

Killer graphics, a great storyline, superior control, and a heck of a lot of fun to play. This is a game you can get immersed in for hours - decent length and a fair challenge as well. This is why you bought a PS2! The Metal Gear 2 demo that is included is fantastic as well - I normally don't spend much time with demos but this one kept me involved for over an hour and I can't wait to get home and play some more. BUY THIS GAME!

I think this game is very good,I got it because of the demo of Metal Gear Solid 2:Sons of Liberty,thats a good demo but could of been a little longer.Then I started playin Z.O.E it the game is very good,it stays behind you when your movin around and its a fun game for every one I think.The game is great because you get alot of playintime not like some games were its all movie and a little bit a game playin time.If you liked the old metal gear you should get this game and for the demo.
