I played medal of Honor and those who played that will like this. The graphics are awesome and so are the missions. The weapons selection is really good. If you want modern close quarter combat- here it is. Riding in the black hawk and little birds is so real-especially when shooting from the black hawk in the first mission.This is a really cool game and will run really nicly on a newer computer (1-2 yrs old) By all means buy it- this is what an action game is supposed to be. Plus you play the Irene mission at the end-talk about INTENSE!!!!!!!!!!

This game is a lot of fun.The single player mode isn't the greatest thing in the world but the multiplayer mode is really great.It's a game that when you start playing time just flies! Good game.

Where to start? This is by far the BEST Delta Force game Novalogic has come up with. I have been playing Delta Force Games since the first, and the other ones collect dust as this one spins rapidly in my CD drive. I started playing this game and now most of my friends own it and we continuely play to odd hours of the night on multi-player. My computer isn't top-of-the-line (only an AMP Athalon 2400, ATI Radeon 9500 Pro, Sound Blaster Audigy 2, 512MB RAM) and I have no trouble running this game at it's full potential. If you like first person shooters then this is a must have. If you are trying to make it through the missions on single player, or trying to gain rank in multiplayer, you will be captavated at the realism of the game. When it first came out it had a few glitches but it seems as Novalogic is trying to correct these with updates. All-in-all the best first person shooter I have ever played and will defenatly be played until my mouse breaks down!

Best Delta Force yet.

This game is AWESOME!I own Delta Force 1,2,and 3 but this game is the best of the Delta Force series.Its single player is awesome! You get to be a Delta Force Soldier and Battle the Habir Gadier Militia. There armed with AK-47,RPGS,and 50 calibers attach to techinals.{4X4 Trucks}.The guns you use are:M16 with or without M203 grenade laucnhner Car-15 with or without grenade launcher M60,SAW,and the M240{FN mag light from delta force land warrior}.The M21,M24,MCRT.300. Tactial [ it has the best Scope my favorite]and the M82A1 Barret 50. Caliber. }.And the graphics will blow you AWAY!I mean dust flys up when blackhawks are close or on the ground. When Hummers drive they leave dust in the Air.The Graphics are the best ive seen on a computer.As for multiplayer. You can play in Deathmatches Team Deathmatchs Flagball Search and destroy Attack and Defend and Capture the flag. man i got this game about 2 weeks ago and i cant stop playing it.my friends say im obseessed with the game but its so much fun who could stop playing this game.this game is a great shooter.all the guns in the game r reall not like any other shooter around.o yea i forgot to mention single player missions suck so if u were getting this game just for the single player mode dont get it.the game is only good for online game play.

This is a great game, if you want online it is fun but first go threw some of the signle player missions which are fun. If you want to play online, if you play in the Nova World servers then you can cruise up in the ranks dependeding on how you do. You also get medals along the way. Make your way up to the 5 star general. Some bad things about online though is that when you are a sniper, you might find another sniper but sometimes they are invisible and you only hope that you see your name up on top saying you killed someone. I recommend this game to any who likes Battle Field 1942 or Counter-Strike or any other Delta Force game. Great Game to own.

Very realistic settings and campaigns. This is not your typical blast everything that moves type of FPS. There are friendlys out there!!! Plus you have got to constantly watch your back. You're in an urban environment and bad guys shoot at you from all angles. Game has interesting "save game feature" in that you can save a game when you want to, but you're limited in the number of saves you have per mission. Use them wisely.
On the down side, the graphics are good but dated and there is a maddening aspect of trying to figure out the interface to detonate the satchel charges. Other than that the game is a definate keeper.

Graphics Better But Disappointing in Other Areas

This is the game that put Novaworld on the map. Unlike previous versions of the DF series, BHD has a different graphics engine. It was highly popular for the first 2 years. Hundreds of servers and thousands of people played the game including myself. Let's start with the good things first, weapons are very powerful, and there is a wide variety to choose from. Game formats are good it has TKOTH, where a team camps in an area to win the game, Razorball is knives only, the team the scores the most flags wins. TDM, the team the kills the other team the most wins. And so on. PSPs was an improvement from previous versions. Now the bad parts. Firstly, stock maps are uneven. You have for example Culture Clash A and B.

The imbalanced maps which also included some custom maps gave an advantage to one team over the other. Secondly, the lack of variety of buildings. In the map editor, there are clumps of buildings. It makes even custom maps look similar. These buildings should have been broken apart for better placement by the map maker. Third, left and right leans, rolling on the ground. You have a strong side lean and a weaker one. It gives you the impression of unrealistic angles, thus rewards those who spray or cut more often more success of hitting their target. For example you see a guy rolling on the ground, he can still knife you while rolling over which is an impossible angle.

Fourthly, the problem of glitching. While moving backwards creates a glitch for the knifer to have a longer reach than moving forward. Some servers tried to in force a rule of not moving backwards but some do not play by the rules causing name calling among players. Shooting into objects like a building is also a glitch. If your player gets close enough to the object, the gun or knife goes right through the object killing the intended target which can't see you. A major flaw in the game. Anyway, the game is dying as far as online gaming, but if you want a change in pace, the game might be worth to buy for it's missions and such. You might find some fun place to play online, but generally don't expect it to last...I believe the DF series in general is dying, Novaworld lost it's touch with the hardcore players over the years by releasing too many versions in one year after the success of BHD. Also the style of play has slowed down a lot unlike previous games.

This is a great, inexpensive first person shooter. The online community is pretty substantial, and you can always find a fun, or competative online game.

Great Game !! Tries to be as real as can be in a game. no problems with install or installing exp packs. I dont think you would be disappointed.
