Game of the Year, no doubt. You can't beat Counterstrike's natural combination of action and strategy, of realism and plain excitement! I don't see how even changing the way a player can jump across the screen ("bunny-hopping") can diminish the great job that Gooseman and the new development team will have no problem doing with this game. Can't WAIT!

I bought this game cause it was $20 bucks when it first on amazon. First of all most of the stuff in the game were almost the same. Its just a different look if your really got bored of the looks of the older counterstrike. Ok the part where it really hit me was the cdkey doesnt work. I was like wtf. I went to steampowered.com about this and they told me to sent an email to a guy who will give you a new cdkey if you sent pics of a cd case with ckdey and a reciept as proof. I did and i havent recieved an single email from them for about a week. I am very disappointed. Second do not waste your money or you can be one of the unlucky ones with a non-working cdkey.

i like condition zero probably more than source and 1.6. let me tell you why..source has sweet graphics but game play is alittle off and 1.6 is good but no single player missions. then ontop of that deleted scenes is a sweet game in it's self. so, i like love this version of CS and it's a great buy..i think. DESIRE [2] KILL is the sweetest clan, (my clan).

I used to play CS:Source all the time until I got this. In my opinion, Source is a freebie with HL2 and this is the real deal. I don't care much about graphics, so no complaints here. Besides that I find the people on CZ servers to be altogether friendlier than the n00bs and haxors playing on Source. Long Live CZ, Source is just a pretender to the throne.

This game has amazing single-player with bots that are smarter than any other online members, however, it lacks new features. The only difference from CSZ and CS 1.6 is the fact that the maps are tweaked and the player models look a bit better. If you have an internet connection, and you are satisfied with regular counter-strike, keep it. If you have counter-strike and your internet sucks, download bots such as ShrikeBOT or PodBot. If your internet sucks so bad you can't even download a 500 KB file that contains the bot data, get CSZero, or just buy another game.
CS fans will definitely enjoy this new Installment

Anyone who is a fan of the classic Counter Strike will definitely find something enjoyable in Condition Zero. The graphic improvements really bumps the realism up a notch. I've experience a small amount of lag with the online play but nothing that you can't deal with. Overall $$ well spent!

I have been playing counter-strike for well over 4 years now and I cant remeber a time when I got bored of it. To say the least its the best game I have ever owned. If Condition-zero is anything like it, it's sure to when a game of the year award and is next on my list of games to buy. Plus, now with the single player mode, even people with slow dial up internet can enjoy cs:cz through the thrilling AI opponents. This has been long awaited and is sure to hold up to everyones expectations. I cant wait to have a condition zero icon on my desktop.

When I first heard about CZ, i was thrilled. My parents have been talking about taking away my internet (because I have been spending too much time playing CS on steam), so this would work out for both of us. I bought it, and regretted it. The single player engine is ALRIGHT. It was a good idea for the objectives (kill 3 enemies with deagle, and things like that) but the bots are idiots. They run in front of your shots, they DONT shoot at enemies, they kill hostages. It is not worth the money. If anyone has heard of Counter-Strike:Source, they will be saving up like me to buy. A beta version of Source was released today for all owners of CS:CZ, and this is AMAZING. Graphics are amazing, and all the other problems have been fixed. Smoke grenades work very well. The physics engine is excellent (this means if you stand on a barrel, it can break or shoot away), and when you kill someone, they realisticly die (not like in CS and CZ when they just tip over). Save your money, and buy SOURCE!
It's an obvious 5 STARS!

Counter-Strike was an excellent/outstanding game. It really was is the #1 game of the year and still is. Well if that game was good, CS:CZ is only adding more to the #1 online game which makes it better. It's that obvious!
