Ok, this game is awesome. When the oringinal Rollercoaster Tycoon game came out, I was pretty interested. When I got the game, I couldn't get enough of it. Then I heard Corkscrew Follies was coming out. I knew I had to get the game. Most gamers probably thought that it couldn't get any better after that. But we were wrong. Looopy Landscapes came out! For one thing, Loopy Landscapes comes with Corkscrew Follies. Not two disks, but on the one disk. That way you don't miss any thing that was on the other two.
While Corkscrew Follies might have introduced the mother of all coasters,(Steel Twister Rollercoasters,) Loopy Landscapes comes with even more. Such as the Air-Powered Vertical Rollercoaster. This coaster is very expensive and very intense, but most guests seem to pay their wallets out to ride one.
This pack also has more to offer with scenarios that can't run out of money. A great example of this is Arid Heights. Not only can't you run out of money, but it's huge!

Another reason I love this game is that you don't have to have two phonelines to play (or at least to get the most out of it.) What I mean by this is that it dosn't have multi-player support so you don't have to use the internet. (You still don't need two phonelines for multi-player but you can stop calls for a long time.) But the single-player scenarios will keep you playing for months!
I gave this game 5 stars for being a very good game while the content is still appropriot. (If your like me you can't play games that are rated "T" or higher.) I also give this game 5 stars for being the best, (in my opinion,) park simulation game.

I am extremly impressed with the new add-on Loopy Landscapes, but I am extremly mad at Chris Sawyer and Hasbro for including the second add-on, Corkscrew Follies, with the game and jacking the price up 10 dollars! I am mad because I already own Corkscrew Follies and I purchased it for 20 dollars. I am not going to by this game until they lower the price to 20 or have a single add-on pack availiable.

I'd give it more if I could...

This expansion pack is GREAT! The scenario list is finally organized, there are new ride entrances/exits, the winter themeing is great (flying snowballs!). The pack is worth buying just for the scenario that gives you a huge, flat park, unlimited money, and no time constraints to meet the goal. I didn't think Corkscew follies was that great, but this one more than makes up for it. I can't wait to see the rest of the new stuff....

The day I found out about Loopy Landscapes being released - I bought it. I don't care about the price - I don't care they included Corkscrew Follies (which all faithful RTCers already have) - I just don't care! Loopy Lansacpes is awesome and feeds the RTC addiction fabulously! Great, great additional scenarios, awesome new scenery, fun new rides, loads and loads of new options.....really, really worth every cent! And, as others have said, you can get a $10 rebate if you already have Corskscrew Follies...but even if you don't bother with the $10, this expansion pack is worth it! Soooo worth it! The winterscape scenery is the best! Buy it - Buy it - Buy it!

Great for Rollercoster Tycoon Fans

If you like Rollercoster Tycoon, I'm sure you'll enjoy this add- on pack. You can have all sorts of cool station platforms. Unfortunately, there aren't that many new types of rollercoasters, but still, there are many other new shops and stalls. Some of these new shops sell coffee, tee shirts, and even tentacles! All the things I just named sell too! My favorite is a park called Arid Hights, where you don't have any money limits! You are kept challenged with all the new scenarios for hours. You will really like this if you like the original Rollercoaster Tycoon.

This series just keeps getting better and better. It is what an expansion should be. The first added new types of coasters and flat rides, hence the name CorkScrew Follies. Now, Loopy Landscapes will and none other than new types of landscapes to further make your park more personalized and professional looking. It also adds awesome new coasters, like the SLC(suspended looping coaster) Air Launched Coaster, Inverted wild mouse and more! The landscapes range from ice-caps to martian-space themes. It all adds to the realism to each of its predeccesors. The graphics still are very cute and charming like the other 2 games. Create a great atmosphere too! Though there are a few complaints. One, the guests can only walk on single wide paths. Paths bigger than that, then they will go in circles and get lost. The last problem is the sound. It gets a little repetitive some times, especially the screams. Other than that, if you don't have it, go buy it now! You don't even need Corkscrew Follies since it comes with it! What are you waiting for, go get it!

WOW!This expansion pack is awesome! It has music, air powered roller costers, a FREE-FOR-ALL game, sqiud leg food stand, more games to play, more stuff with the paths, railing, and more! This expansion is so big, they should of slipt this into two games it's so big! It's awesome! My favorite part is the like 15 music opions for EVERY ride! Go techo, or Rock beat and more! I really like jet skis, that is a cool idea! And the FREE-FOR-ALL game is arid heights, a desert which you get LOTS of land, everything is FREE! You get more roller costers, you can get ALL of them I mean all costers food stands, which I really like lemonaid stand! And not only all that but because it is in the desert, you don't have to worry about the handymen cutting grass!
Get this, if you have Roller Coster Tycoon, GET this! Graphics the same as Roller Coster Tycoon:7/10 Fun, wow, this game is even more fun when this expansion pack is used! WOW! 11/10 -danger, these levels mean you can't stop playing the game!

Gameplay, you can play this 200+ hours! Gameplay:11/10 -danger again, these can mean you play ALL day, ALL night long! Sound, well like 15-20 sound opoints for EVERY roller coster and ride, this is high, my favorite one listen to is Ragtime, Sound:9.5/10
Overall, this game is a BIG DANGER too people because it's so additive! Overall:9/10 Which is awesome and 5 stars in amazon.com!

Loopy Landscapes ROCKS!

WOW, thats all I can say about Loopy Landscapes, the new scenarios are AWSOME, especially the Arid Heights, no money on RCT rocks! The game was also nice with all the new scenery, i liked the Urban Themeing the best because you can create an area of the park where your "staff" lives. I would have to say, since Corkscrew Follies came with this pack, the best new ride would have to be the Virginia Side Friction Coaster. I would give this game 10 stars, if i could, and I also want to make the point that now you can give your entertainers more than an elephant, tiger or panda costume, now you have the astronaut, the snowman, lots of new stuff. This game is a must have for the big RCT fans out there

Loopy Landscapes is better to me than corkscrew follies. I Hear You guys complain about how there is'nt anough rides and you can't set admission prices. Well I'll first of all have to tell that the key word in Loopy Landscapes is LANDSCAPES. and I,ve Figured out away to make tons of money. Just Charge Every Thing high. Like charge ... dollars for a umbrella, and charge ... dollars for roller coasters. The peeps will pay the prices too!

This game is so great! When I am bored, I just turn on the computer, and let the games begin! One thing that I loved when I first got the game, was watching the very beginning (right before you enter the parks) because if you watch it long enough, it will show you examples of the new rides and parks-IN MOTION! I love all the new challenging scenarios (my personal favorite scenario is a big martian scenario where your objective is to have a monthly ride income of ten thousand dollars--it was easy considering the fact that you could take your time, and there was PLENTY of space available). I enjoy decorating my parks with the different themes and new trees available. Not only are there new large themes such as the winter theme and haunted theme, but there are little scenery add ons such as lava fountains and red water for the martian areas, and martian soil and roof tiles for when you raise the land.

The only con is the fact that this game is addictive, and it is hard to have fun playing unless you spent hours at a time playing it--so this is not a good game for you unless you have tons of time on your hands.
