Great game, worth the price.

One day I was bored so I went to browze through stuff on amazon. When I was browzing through video games I found roller coaster tycoon. So my dad ordered it. After playing Roller Coaster Tycoon I decided to get the expantion pack (Loopy Landscapes). I had alot of fun with this game and highly suggest it.

Ive had this game for a long time now. I love roller coasters and i love riding them. So this is the game i love. This may be one of my fave games ever right behind halo. This game lets you do pretty much anything. From building coasters, to theming rollercoasters. The graphics are good, they aren't the BEST but there great, as confirmation came in the the new RCT Six flags editiong for xbox came in, i'm looking for to seeing it looks as realistic as it could get on xbox. Too any rollercoaster fanatics out there, this is the game for you, you can't go wrong, you just can't. Chris Sawyer has done the best job, and now i'm so anxious to see how good it can get on xbox. This is the best rollercoaster game out there and i think the nxt to come will be even better.

this game is a must have!to start out the scenairos are off the hook!Also it is the original tycoon game! ... This game is outstanding graphics are good scenairros are awesome and you gotta love those vandalising guests! but dont let that get you down cuz this game is awesome and fun.A warning though a very big problem with this game is that it mighjt be to fun!ha gotcha there have fun and dont worry cuz someday you will beat it!

An expansion pack from the original RTC (Roller Coaster Tycoon) this game is well put together. You can do many more things in it. It comes with a few new rides and many new levels. Plus it has Corkscrew Follies on it too! With Corkscrew Follies on it makes it all the better (unless you purcased it before). Basicly it refreshes a game which you may have gotten bored of and adds new options to chose from. One thing thay are lacking though is more freedom to build your own rides from scrach without as many boundries. Overall though, it's very good!

One of the best expansion packs in a long time!

The original Rollercoaster tycoon was a great game, it had all the things that made a great game: it was extremely challenging, yet it was easy to learn, it was astonishingly complex, and was just plain Fun!

This expansion pack adds more goodness to a great thing. It has more options, more rides, and more scenarios. One thing to note; this is a two-pack and it includes the other expansion pack, corkscrew follies. Even if you have Corkscrew folllies, this game offers so much it will boggle your mind!

This Game has sixty scenarios, including the corkscrew follies pack! It also has Three real life parks including the famous Alton Towers And Blackpool Beach, which are fun to play with,and are faithfully recreated. you should see chris sawyer's replicas of Nemises and oblivion! It also has another Extra park called Fort Anochronism, a nice castle park.It also adds more creativity to the Objectives of scenarios. Instead of objectives like "collect 20,000 dollars by year 2, it has new and more creative and challenging objectives like "Build 10 rollercoaster that are very exciting.

This game Has new rides, like the vertical rollercoaster (yes, you heard me, vertical!) and others like ghost trains,and Water coasters, and new thrill rides such as Enterprise. It also Has brand new Scenary, like martian themes, not to mention new paths,and new and exotic park locations like Icebergs, deserts, and Castles! Oh yeah, like the original game, the guests emotions are very fun to play with!

Overall, this is an A+ grade Game. You need the Original Rollercoaster Tycoon To Install it, so if you do, you Should be on your way to the Computer game Shop Right Now ...to buy a certain expansion pack that includes rollercoasters!

If you enjoy simulation games, you will love this game. It's all up to you to build a theme park, designing your own coasters, placing souvenir stalls, etc. in strategic places to milk your little patrons dry, stuff like that! I've had it over a year now, and am still addicted to it. Be aware this is an expansion pack, and that you need the original Roller Coaster Tycoon game first. Absolutely worth every penny-if you don't have it yet, what are you waiting for?! There is a reason it's been in the top 10 computer games for over a year and a half you know!

A great game comes in my house only by one way and that is with the input of my wife. With Roller Coaster Tycoon both of us seem to spend so much more time on the PC together planning our theme park. The pro's and con's don't matter as much to a couple when you both can spend time together playing a single player game. The biggest draw back to this game is that when you reformat or uninstall this game and reinstall it any saved games on disk only work if you saved them after you installed the expansion pack. With the game speed being pretty slow this game does require much more of your time in latter levels to complete simple goals. All in all Roller Coaster Tycoon is a great game and a good couples game.

I think Loopy Landscapes is a great game! I love all the new features--rides, shops, and sceneries! There's only one problem (at least with my computer), it freezes in the middle of the game and won't let me get out of it, save it, or anything. But other than that I love it, it's a great expansion to the other two Rollercoaster Tycoon Cd ROMs.

This game is good, but the quality is way out of line with the cost. The game costs (...) for the PC and no, it is not worth it. Basically, Loopy Landscapes adds new scenery, "themes" and rides. Unlike RCT 2's expansions, Loopy Landscapes actually added truly new rides, not just rethemes. Loopy Landscapes is a fun way to expand your time on RCT 1 but it isn't worth the money -- plus, it's very challening, perhaps TOO challenging!

I feel Hasbro's played an interesting marketing game here with their Rollercoaster Tycoon fans. If you've been playing and love this game, you pretty much have to get this expansion because it allows you to control things and set environments (and theming) in ways you haven't been able to before, and that's everything in a strategy/goal/just have fun game like this.

On the other hand, if you bought the Corkscrew Follies expansion pack, then there is, unequivocally, not enough here to justify shucking your thirty bucks. Sure, you can play in the snow, there's a couple new coasters, some new scenarios, and things are much more customizable. But why couldn't they include such seemingly obvious improvements in Corkscrew Follies? It's really a lackluster handful of new goodies that isn't worth the money.

On the other hand, if you own only the original game, the combined Corkscrew Follies and Loopy Landscapes you get with this IS worth it. But as I've said, if you've got Corkscrew Follies, wait for Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, which I'm sure will be a leap beyond the current game.
