If you could only get one expansion pack for your sims this would have to be the one!!! I am a sim addict I have all the expansion and stuff packs but this by far is my absolute favorite! Take it from a true sim fan it's worth every penny.

So much fun!

This is absolutely one of my favorite Sims expansions of all time. The new weather really adds another dimension of reality to the game. I really enjoy the interaction made available through the pack; what a great deal!

The best Expansion yet!

The sims has always been a fun way to spend an afternoon. But I noticed that is was missing something-- SNOW! RAIN! FALL LEAVES!! In other words, the sims needed seasons. Thank goodness Maxis created this expansion. It makes the game more fun. My favorite new thing is the fishing! all you have to do is build a small pond on your sims lot and then you get fishing. I love it! Gardening is a bit hard but if you keep an eye on your greenhouse or trees you will get fabulous produce. I enjoyed the new careers as well. Theres Gamer, Law, and Journalist. I enjoy playing through the careers and getting the new career rewards!

A must-have for Sims movie-makers!

I skipped the Stuff packs and the last two EPs after careful consideration. I use a lot of custom content downloaded from the web and each new pack always risks breaking said content. However, I've wanted a weather system in my game even as far back as when I was playing the original Sims 1 so this EP excited me from the start. I was still a little nervous about losing my custom content but the propspect of real thunderstorms and snow flurries was worth the gamble. After installing it, I loaded my custom content back in and whaddaya know? Most of it still works, despite having only had Nightlife and University installed beforehand! I only lost the use of a couple of game mods I can easily live without -- all of my favorite mods and custom objects still work fine. I have noticed that pre-Seasons custom trees turn blue and flash on the Neighborhood screen when the seasons change (I'm guessing because the creators didn't have a way to code for fall and winter at the time) but in the lot itself they look fine. I haven't noticed any significant slowing of the game during winter either, despite rumors that this might be a problem. In all it's a real stable, fun addition to my game that's great for the screenshots I love to take! Way to go, EA Games!

This game deleted my Sims2 Pets and Sims2 Business

I purchased Sims2 Seasons for my teenage daughter. She installed it the recommended way. The very first error she got was, "you have uninstalled Sims2 Pets". She figured,'okay' and went on playing Sims2 Season, enjoying it & exited the program. The next day, she began to play Sims2 Seasons & got another error msg. stating, 'you have uninstalled Sims2 Business.' Now she's getting upset. So, she's enjoying the Seasons game, but not as much as if it wouldn't have uninstalled her other extension packs. That's the reason for the 3 star rating. Otherwise, she'd rate it 5 stars. At this rate, she will be left with the bare bones Sims2. Does anyone know what's happening?

Not much to add, but...

I LOVE this expansion! I've been playing it almost nonstop for days and am having a blast!

Time to edit some outerwear with the Body Shop - great concept but not very stylish. Unless you're a Sim. ^.^

If you're a Simmer, this is definitely worth the cost. PURCHASE!!!

Pretty darn good

This game was really fun. However, it sort of made my computer kind of glitchy. A lot of times it doesn't load correctly and makes the computer freeze up. But when it does load right, it's really fun.

Wow!! Finally there is a change of senerey to look at. Also the add changes that effect your Sim based on the weather, sunburn, frost bit, etc. Another nice feature is when your Sim automatically change clothes when you go outside into the cold, and then again back into the house again.

It is great being able to make a snowman or rake leaves and play in them. I almost lost a person though when he went outside without coat!! This is a great addition to the Sims 2 collection.

Another Sims 2 hit.

I just love the Sims 2 and was really looking forward to this expansion. It was everything I thought it would be. Just wish the novelty of rain/snow/hail would have worn away for my Sims as quickly as it did for me....
