The greatest Sims expansion ever!

Ok...All I can say is that this game is not overpriced! Not complicating! And most definetly not boring!I have the whole Sims 2 collection and as I can see so far, The Sims 2 Seasons was the best! I love the new neighborhood, new clothes and new weathers plus their good features! It's worth saving every cent to buy this thing because it is Incredibly enormously FUN! My name is Natasha Luchow, I rate this 5 Stars because it is GREAT!

Cant play if you have windows vista

If you like the sims dont upgade or buy a new computer with windows vista, the operating system will not let you play the and windows is not even tring to fix it, windows vista is useless for gamers

Great, Addictive Fun!

Unless you have plenty of spare time, DO NOT play The Sims 2! It is WAY too addictive, and it just gets worse with each expansion pack!!

I think that this is one of the best expansion packs so far. The addition of snowball fights, gardening, and new items is a great change for the game!

...WORTH IT!

...the minute i found out that they were comming out with a game where you can ice skate/roller skate, make snowmen, fish, and other outdoors activities, I right away thought of The Sims Vacation. I thought that it might not be worth it, since Sims has already come out with a game like such.

This game is completly different. I love being able to go outside and have myt sims do a little garden work, make snow angels and snow men, ice skate, and ect. This game I found to be completly different. This is deff a good buy and you should buy it right away.

My take on Seasons

I am a sims addict but I really hate wasting my money own expansion pack I don't enjoy but seasons was Very much worth it! Of all the expansions, I think that Seasons is probably the most worthwhile. It adds so much to the experience. The thunderstorms are amazing, the snow is fun, being able to fish and grow crops is cool. Plant Sims are a whole different experience, perfecting your garden enough to get a wishing well provides some challenge, the juicer that allows you to make potion-like recipes from your produce is nice, and that's just off the top of my head. Well worth it. I love Seasons!

Also it still has a lot of glitches. I have only a few of them all though so maybe if you're lucky you won't get any.

Great fun!

Nice addition to Sims 2. Snowstorms, thunderstorms, growing vegetables, plant people... And, a whole new town! Gives a new zip to the game!

I have yet to experience everything this expansion brings to the game, but what I have seen so far is amazing! I enjoy some of the most minor details the best--the stackable inventory, the ability to save leftovers, the option to assign a different hairstyle to each Sim outfit, etc. The most wonderful visual change so far (I haven't seen winter yet) is the light quality in the Autumn. The slightly orange cast to the sunlight and the blue tint it gains when the weather becomes cloudy or when it begins to rain (or hail!) are fabulous visual touches. I think Maxis really hit a homerun with this expansion to the game; it's definitely my favorite Sims 2 addition so far!

I like it alot!! I mean I like it like it

I am truly impressed by this game. It is awesome. I love the fact that there is now precipitation in the game. Everything from drizzling to hail storms. The Sims are totally affected by the weather. Also, growing fresh produce and fishing leave for more satisfying meals.

I would recommend this game to any sims fan.

Lots of Fun!

I have been playing The Sims from the beginning and thought they had done just about everything but, The Seasons expansion pack is great fun. I love that they change into winter clothes and can have snowball fights and make snow angels. The new greenhouse and gardening skills are fun as well. What else can I say, this is by far my favorite expansion pack and I have them all.

Enjoy the weather

I believe this is the best expansion pack EA has put out for the Sims 2, with a few reservations. I love the farming and fishing aspects, the different skill and relationship bonuses tied to each season, and the graphics. BUT - there is always a BUT - the season graphics can really slow down a system. My laptop is well above all the system requirements for Seasons, but when winter arrives, my system can barely handle the constant snowfall. Also, some aspects of Seasons build upon the previous expansion pack Open for Business; if you don't have OFB, the farming and fishing won't be as lucrative for your sim. Overall though, I highly recommend getting this expansion pack.
