This is one of the best games I have ever played.It is challeging and fun! The graphics are great! Anyone who has a gamecube should own this game!BUY THIS NOW!

This game is one of the reasons I wanted to buy Gamecube. Though it was orginally suppose to come out somwhere of spring 2002 it was worth the wait. This game is simular to Zelda for the 64. I love the idea of their improved graphics. Instead of Fox looking like Fox from Super Smash Bros. Melee, Rare made the hairs of his body stick out. They also did this with other animals in the game. It took me 2 months to beat with a walkthrough so don't think this game is short and boring. The world Fox is in is so huge. It rains,turns dusk then dawn, the graphics are the best I seen yet, and the sound is great.
I was disappointed that Rareware was bought by Microsoft after making so many great games for Nintendo. And in Starfox you don't battle General Scales, which is dissapointing,but you face someone else who's really unexpected at the end. BUY THIS I'm SURE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

THIS IS THE BEST GAME GAMECUBE HAS OUT RIGHT NOW. THE GRAPHICS ARE AMAZING IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE FOX HAS FUR. THE GAME IS ABOUT A PLANET OF DINOSAURS WHICH GETS SEPARATED BECAUSE THIS GUY NAMED GENERAL SCALES TOOK THESE FOUR SPELLSTONES AND IT MADE THE PLANET BREAK APART. THEN FOX COMES ALONG AND HE GETS THIS MAGICAL STAFF AND THEN UP USE IT TO OPEN DOORS SHOOT ICE AND FIRE AND HIT AND SLASH ENEMIES. FOR ALL U FANS WHO ENJOY THOSE BLOODY GAMES U SHOULD GET THIS IT MIGHT NOT BE BLOODY BUT THERE IS A LITTLE. ANYWAY IF U DONT GOT THIS OR A GAMECUBE U WILL REGRET. IM SERIOUS HERE ILL SHOW U A PERCENTAGE OF THE GAME:

This game is a great action\adventure game which has graphics that you CAN'T beat!! The way the surroundings are and the way the dinos talk and the fight parts and bosses are fun too. The voices and music are great.And there are a whole lot of cool things to do, like saving (and fighting) dinos and collecting upgrades for your staff and flying your Arwing fighter and....(my fingers are getting tired) soooooo many other way awesome things!

I would definitly recommend buying,or renting. Which ever one you prefer, though I would suggest you be at least 12 yrs old

I have been playing the Nintendo platform for 20 years or so now and this is by far the best game they have put out. In my opinion better than Mario,Resident Evil and Eternal Darkness. The subtle way the sky changes from day to night and back again complete with shadows, lighting.. etc. just has to be experienced. And maybe it was just me but after playing the game for more than a few hours straight fox begins to tire out, the sounds of him yawning with me as I played into the early hours of the morning... Load times are not apparent at all, the longest load time I experienced was less than a second, and it was just to load the final animation sequences of the game. A must have for NGC owners. Cant wait to see what follows!

this game is pretty good. it is packed with puzzles. you ,may get mad. if you want this game make sure you are smart. if you are not don't bother picking up this game. that is the only down side. oh yeah you won't believe who you have to fight at the end. (ANDROSS)

Great game, but not Zelda

Many people were expecting this to rival Zelda, just because it had its control style people thought it would be an epic adventure that would take months to complete and would be just like Zelda. Well, this is not Zelda (if you couldn't tell from the title). While this is not the most challenging game out there, it is one of the most fun to play I believe. I don't know how people can say this game is boring, it's incredibly addictive and just fun to play all around. The graphics are phenomenal, and while the game is fairly straightforward that doesn't make it a bad game. A game doesn't have to take a year to complete to be good. Remember, the purpose of video games is to provide entertainment for the player, and this game does just that. The arwing parts and things like races that record your best times add to replay value, and while they are not essential to the game they certainly don't detract from it. Also, the story is not the most incredibly captivating story ever, but it is a good story nonetheless. Basically, fans of Star Fox and Zelda should enjoy this game, at least those who haven't placed unreal expectations on it. No it's not Zelda, it's Star Fox, and it's great. Rare is a great company and it's sad to see them go, especially when they produce quality games like this.

I could tell that this would be a cool game. Its way better than those other starfox games where all you do is fly in small areas shooting stuff. The graphics in this game are fantastic. The story is cool. While playing the game its just like a movie. Fox does alot of cool stuff with his staff. With his staff he beats the heck out of the bad guys. Theres alot of magic in the staff. There are some missions where you fly in foxs ship, But in this Starfox game its more fun. When I have enough money im buying this game. This is deffinently a must own game.

I played this at [...] and it is great. Smooth graphics and everything. I only got to do the level where you try and destroy those guns on the ship after that lady loses her staff but it was still great. BUY THIS GAME!!![...]!
