Awesome graphics, lots of details

They could've packaged this game up and sold it on the graphics alone...but NOOOOOO, there are lots of details in terms of graphics in this game(e.g. the dust from the footsteps, the spider webs, the number of colors used in the scenes). It's a real joy to watch and play this game. It's very cool.

Shockingly flawless. A masterpiece.

This epic adventure was so much fun I finished it in a few, very intense nights. I found the characters, graphics, environments, puzzles, and music all to be extremely smart and ultimately creative. Technically, this game is flawless. I really appreciated the perfect mix of humor and fright. That and the satisfaction of outsmarting and zapping creepy adversaries made this a week of non-stop fun that almost cost me a girlfriend. Most pleasantly surprising to me was the game's reliance on cooperation between Abe and Munch in order to make progress. I has able to spin that as a learning experience for my son. ;)

Brilliant. Totally original. Wonderfully creative characters and premise, but most of all, the game play is riveting and fun. Probably a function of the X-Box hardware as much as the Oddworld software designers, the quality of the graphics is the best I've ever seen.

This game is outstanding. The graphics bring the worlds to life in their own peculiar way. If you have played ZELDA-OCARANA OF TIME, this game will seem outrageously simple. Don't get me wrong, this game requires an immense amount of strategy, but this game is a lot more "planned out" and it tells you more of where to go. You will think the problems are way more complicated than they really are.

I love this game! As a nother reviewer put it, Xbox's capabilities in terms of graphics really does shine throught this game. There is some awesome scenery in this game!!!

I was hooked on this game mainly because it was finally something different from all the other games and definitely unique.

The characters' options are really cool such as the commands to the monks and others and the ability to push them, hit them, pick them up, tell them to stay, tell them to come, etc...

How can anyone say this is not a great game? This game shows off the xbox better than any other I can think of. It is beautifully rendered and unlike most of the other games out today it actually requires you to think, and have an attention spand greater than that of the average 2 year old.

I love this game! I've played the previous two Oddworld games and was a little nervous about the 3D aspect of this game. Even though the characters are strange, they're very endearing and you find yourself wanting to help them out.

I am not very coordinated and I'm not good at first person shooter type games because I react too slowly. I have no problems playing this game though and it's very addictive. The game isn't so hard that you can't figure out what to do. I only had to go on the internet twice to look something up.

I definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes this genre.

I agree with the others who point out that Odd World gets boring quickly. I rented this game and, after a few hours of gameplay, I came to realize I've seen it all. The difficulty increases only by increasing the number of 'monsters'. No new tricks. All the solutions are combinations of previous solutions. I returned it early, very glad that I didn't buy it.

My 4 1/2 yr old son and I have spent many hours playing this game. I find it very addicting. I like the way Munch and Abe work together to get through the levels. You do have to think sometimes as you get further through the levels. I would definitely recommend this game for the person that likes games like crash bandicoot. My husband on the other hand is totally addicted to Halo though he has played Oddworld a time or two himself.

This game rules. I love the funny sounds in the third adventure in the oddworld series. Abe is very lucky to have Munch in the newgame because Munch makes everything so much funnier. I have beaten the game and it took me about 25 hours. it was a very cool game and the funny fart and burp noises were a blast. At some times, you will have to use your head and make smart choices but it is one of the best xbox games i've ever played. It actually stopped me from playing my rougue leader which I play almost all day and I am in the middle of it. Now my starwars rougue leader for gamecube is almost never payed since I usually play MUNCHES ODDYSEE for my XBOX and SUPERSMASH BROTHERS MELEE FOR MY GAMECUBE.I have started Munches Oddysee over again because after I beat it, I just couldn't laugh anymore, so I started it again and I am back into hystericals. You just have to get this game if you have an XBOX. It's loaded with barrels of stinky fun and amusing humour. Get it Now.
