This game is Awesome!

Odd world munchs oddysee is a great game.
It'S Blend of platforming is cool. Some parts were annoying because You didn't know what to do next but thats the best part about the game. Especcially possesing..Thats pretty neat.
The graphics are the biggest highlights of the game. The texture is very high nd' I love the res of the game!

The story is very good and inovating. I didn't really like the ending of the game. They could have made it a tad bit better.
The levels are Friken sweet, through out the game you have to use both Munch and Abe in alot of puzzles which are really neat I might add.

The amount of time this game took me was awhile but they could have made it a little longer though. But still the lengh was good.
There are also some very memorable levels in the game espicially(My spelling sucks I know) When you're possesing the bots n' stuff like that.

Over all I would probably give this game a 9.2 out of 10...

Great game....A must own for XBox Owners..

Later..

An underrated Xbox Classic

Odd World Munch's Oddesy is a very underrated Xbox title that is being ignored by Halo loving fools. This game is the sequal to the ever so loving Odd World series for the Playstation. This time the story revolves more around Munch. This poor lil' dude is caught up on the wrong moment at the wrong time. Soon our hero is caught up with our previous Odd World hero, Abe. These two guys really make a great duo. They are the Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter of the Xbox. The game is superb with storyline and gameply.

Oddworld has extreamly awesome gameplay and it's a game that I acctually wanted to beat so I can see what happends to poor Abe and Munch. The game is sort of repetitive but is overall fun filled action adventure. The game is chuck full of really memorable levels and battles with enemies. Once again Abe is able to Possess the baddies and take controll of them. Poor Munch...Most of the time you'll have to have em' in a weelchair since he only has one foot. The game is a really great game but it fails at lengh and some gameplay elements.

The music is great, visuals are awesome, but the game can end pretty quickly and is pretty repetitive. There are more then 1 ending that will keep you playing for awhile but you could easily beat it withen a week. That really doesn't help this Underrated classic but ohwell...

Good
-Visuals are fantastic and one of the best on the Xbox
-Great Gameplay elements
-Some really memorable gameplay sequences
-Munch and Abe are able to posses things
-some endings to get which will last for awhile

Bad
-a bit on the short side
-can be repetitive
-some parts look exactly like the same levels except new enemies!

The ugly
-Munch in a weelchair...ewwww

Overall Munch's Oddesy is an underrated Xbox title that no Xbox owner should miss out on(unless there expecting something like Halo then forget it)the visuals are great, fantastic voice acting, great gameply, you can controll the camera which is great but still doesn't help for the repetitive gameplay and some dull levels, and overall is a very enjoyable game and that is why I'm giving it a...

This is a pretty hilarious game. My little sister loves it. The graphics are nice and the story is interesting. It can be pretty challenging at times so some smaller kids my not be able to play it without help.

Wonderfully goofy

I became addicted to this one for the same reason I've been addicted to other games: It strikes just the right balance between being challenging and doable. I did have to hit the hint sites several times to get past areas where I was "stuck;" I also relied on the ability to save at any point. If I had had to replay levels over and over to succeed I may have given up; this is a problem in "Fable," for instance. The only big drawback I found was that in too many areas it was dark and difficult to see. There's also some minor annoyance when the camera controls don't always let you view from the angle you really want. But overall the humor and fun made this one of the best games I've played on Xbox.

BAUTIFUL

I got this game for christmas and I thought it was amazing! The graphics are great (which is only a small part of the fun), the puzzles are very fun and challenging, switching back and fourth between Abe and Munch adds a lot of fun, the 3d enviroments are awsome, the vendo powerups are good, controls are easy to pick up on and controlling enemies is easy! The puzzles might be too chalenging for younger gamers, but they could probably still have fun. If you like adventure games with a puzzle part too, or if you liked the origanals or if you just want a fun game, I think that you would want to try this.

OOOO - YEAH!

This game was the reason I bought my XBox, and while I wasn't dissapointed, I do miss the old 2D platform format. The gameplay is exceptionally smooth, and in spots funny as hell. The indiviual levels are challenging, but up until the end, not so hard that a player can't reasonably figure them out.

Also, and this is very important to me, this 3D game doesn't give me a headache the same way many of the games for N64 did. The camera stays directly behind Abe and Munch almost all the time.

All in all, this game us very worth consideration. It's not as difficult as the first two PS1 games, but it's just as pretty, some of the environments are friggin' huge, and the characters range from mildly disturbing to outright hilarious. Buy it now. NOW I TELL YOU!

Not quite equal to its predecessors, but interesting anyway.

While it's beautiful, the characters are intriguing, and the premise is unique, as it always is in the Oddworld games, Munch's Oddysee is distinctly less fulfilling than its predecessors. Whether it's because Munch simply isn't as appealing as Abe, or whether it's because the game now feels like it's made up of distincly isolated puzzles, strung together by a story, as opposed to a traditional platformer, Munch is less compelling, less addictive, and in a sense, less interesting than its predecessor.

Is it a bad game? By no means. It's often laugh-out-loud funny, the characters are quickly endearing, and the puzzles are often quite clever. It's a bit stilted in the actual fluidity of the levels, and the character-switching mechanic keeps the player from ever feeling any sense of real immersion, but overall, despite its problems, a worthwhile experience.

fun, but not a two-player game.

I was misled by the promo text to think that this was a two-player cooperative game. I was looking for things my girlfriend and I could play together. Munch's Oddysee is great fun, but it's definitely a *one* player game. You get to control two characters (*with one controller*), but the whole point of the game is that they can't both be controlled at once. Thus they have to "cooperate" to solve the puzzles, etc, etc. And once you solve the puzzle with your partner looking over your shoulder, there's not really much point in them repeating the actions. This is a one-player game. It's even marked so on the box. Don't be misled by the talk of "cooperating" characters.

Thanks, Microsoft.

Well, due to the fact that Microsoft is invading the console market, I'm never going to get to play this game.

I loved the first two on my PS1, would've loved this on my PS2. So thanks Microsoft, thanks a lot.
