A great game for anyone.

It has a mode to smuggle, a mode to just drive. It's just a prefect game. You can explore HUGE levels, or just envade the boarder patrol and comit federal crimes. What a perfect game. If you don't need it right away then wait till fall when the second one comes out and then buy it or buy this one for .... All around this is a must have game.

When I first bought this game I was skeptical even though I am a huge fan of Midnight Club.The first time I played joyride I was instantly hooked. The tremendous graphics made this game seem more real than not and the real-time damage adds an element of pizzaz to the whole package. Overall this is an excelent game!!

This is a very good game a it does have some down spots in it like when you are in free run there are no cops to get you. But is other words it is great game and worth buying.

Man o man. this game is a riot. 2 player is some of the best fun i've ever had playing a video game. Don't listen to these people giving bad reviews. Yes, it is a very challenging game, but that's good. I stopped playing a while until my friend tried playing then we got hooked on 2 player and with all that practice the 1 player missions weren't as hard as they first seemed. This game will have you rollin'.

I think this game was a great game for everyone!Huge levels and parts flying put the cops are a pain in the a**.

Better than the sequel, better as multiplayer

This game is actually fairly well done, even after the sequel was released. The terrain was done well, and the vehicles looked like the actual vehicles. The controls are relatively simple, and that's what makes this game a great multiplayer title. However, like Rockstar's current trend, the game is only good for shallow fun, as the game doesn' offer much depth. However, the game does get extremely difficult in the latter stages, nearly impossible to beat. After losing more than 30 times on one stage, this title became a backseat title. This game is exceedingly one of the best games out there -- for multiplayer. It does offer the most fun that I had in quite a while. However, Gran Turismo 3 IMHO is still one of the best multiplayer titles. If you are willing to venture into shallow games and great multiplayer games, this is one of the most fun!

Note: Rent first. Buy later if you like it.

when i rented this game i didnt think it would that cool. i mean the awsome car, levels . the game gets beter as you go on. flipping the car off huge mountains are awsome.you get joyride,dual with a friend,misions everything. i really likedt he joyride because you just get to screw around and try anthing that you can do to destroy yor ride. the only part i didnt like was the missions, they seemed kind of like your doing the same thing over and over over and over over and over again. but once you buy it, and get into it its an awsome game!!!

I rented this game and it was really fun and exciting at first but then all of a sudden I beat the game. It is really short so if you are one of those people that likes to drive cars and jeeps off road then this is the game for you.

Must Have Title for Your Collection

This game will provide hours of fun for racing fans. It can be a bit frustrating as you advance to higher levels, but if you experiment with different vehicles and their strengths, you will master each level. I've gone through the entire game several times and still have not tired of it. My six year old is also a huge fan. Very good game, although you'll want to turn the voiceover off, especially if you have younger children playing it.
