Don't Talk About Mid-NIGHT CLUB: Keep it a secret

If you are looking for a fun game to play with a friend, this is the one for you. Midnight club lets you go wild in two impressively detailed cities. Point to point racing is okay but the real action is in the capture the flag mode. Enjoy!

Of the 3 PS2 games I own and the 10+ I have rented so far (this was a rental), Midnight Club is definately the worst.

One word summary: BORING.

Unless you are a 16 year old kid who dumps all of his money into suping up a lowered Honda Civic (trying to create the fastest street car in his high school), you will probably not appreciate this game.

The game: Race other computer drivers to try and move up in the game...win pink slips...get better cars (you start with a taxi cab!?)...blah, blah, blah. Wow, what an exciting concept (yeah right). The game earns its one star because the graphics are good - as they should be, this is PS2.

My recommendation: Save your money for some of the other titles that are coming out soon, many of which look to be pretty cool. (Unless again you are 16, grounded from you lowered Honda, and just NEED your fix of racing that neighborhood punk.)

As soon as you pick up the controller, you will not put it down for quite some time.Sure, they're are only two cities to race in,but they're HUGE!As you traverse the cities,this game just keeps you coming back for more.As far as the grahics go, it's quite obvious that you're playing on a next generation system. A little bland in spots,but for the most part they're excellent. This is no Gran Turismo, but then what racing game comes close to that anyway? Highly reccommended.

This one got dull pretty fast. 2 cities and 4 cars to choose from. This one appeared to be rushed in order to make the launch of PS2. Another good rental.

Hey everyone, this game is awesome if you have someone to play along to and it is also fun to play by yourself. In multiplayer, there are various options. One option, freeride. Where you ride around the streets hitting cars and breaking into buildings. And Also HItiing People On The SiDEWalkS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is an awesome option. In one player, it gets a little difficult but is extremely fun.

This game disapointed me quite a lot. It has bad graphics, but the worst part is the control nothign like any other racing game except maybe pole position for Atari. Bad physics int he sense of hitting others and aceloration and everything. With the bad control I find it quite hard to get anywhere int he game as well as the sight of the game screen just mkes me want to shut it off. Sorry I don't mean to be so rude to the game but I really am disapointed and would not recommend it if you like racing games at all.

The Midnihght Club is one of the best racing games I've ever played!! I love getting secret cars and it is really easy to win other racers' cars. All you have to do is beat them and you win the car they are driving. There are also secret cars that you get in Free Ride a.k.a. cruise. I know where one is in New York and two in London but I know there is more. Usually they are on the roof of buildings, some are inside buildings you just have to look carefully. I gave this game 4 stars because it has everything a good car game needs except for a lot of levels(it only has 2) Still it's worth it

I got this game for Christmas it is so cool.It is the best racing game I ever had. The cars are so cool they are nice. It feels like you are really driving. In career mode you got a stinkie taxi. I can win all three racers. They can never beat me. Well after a while you get bored because you like be mad because they try winning you. I get mad. But in career mode I won all three people's cars. I get happy. IT IS A MUST VIDEO GAME.

Not exactly fast and furious. More like slow and laborous. Man the graphics are [weak]. And the gameplay is the worst.

I really suggest trying out this game before you buy it. Or even better, skip it all together.

It's just a waste of your time and money.

Midnight Club is good for 1hr of fun.

The game has some features that may attract you to it but very quickly you will be bored of it. Go rent it for a night and then go on looking for better racing games.
