I highly recommend this game. I bought the third Spyro for my 10 yr. old and then found this one used. It is a great incentive for him to keep up with schoolwork,chores,etc.to earn play time.

This is my favorite Spyro game out of the 3 PSX games. This has the best worlds, characters and music. Spyro 3 is also really good but this is my favorite. How much fun is this game? It's 2006 and I still play it plus this game is fun for all ages so don't think it's only for little kiddies. If you like the Spyro series then also check out the Crash Bandicoot series.

I LOVE this game. I played this one before the first one and it's still a favorite. There's so much to do! Swimming, gliding, mimi-games...Some of the mini-games take some practice, but they are all completable. Some of them, you even get to play as Spyro's new friends that he sets free! Find codes to change Spyro's color. Finding the baby dragon eggs- all of them takes some time. Or a strategy guide. (Which is also good.) But they all have names and are so cute! The mini-games are all so original. It's hard to STOP playing this game and there is never that point where it gets too hard to continue. Too bad there are only 4 of these
games...for PS2. This is the best series ever made!!!!

Riptos Rage is a very fun game, but when you get up to some part and you cant do it, you die and u have to keep on going and going until you beat it! *phew*. if you are looking for a challenge, then i recommend that you buy it.

Just wanted to let you moms and dads know out there that I resisted getting Playstation because I thought that Spyro (which is what my daughter wanted) was going to be a typical noisy, hyper video game that would keep my daughter so hypnotized she wouldn't see the light of day! But the reality is this video game is really fun for her,but much more relaxing than your average game. Far from being noisy, this game is pleasant for me to hear as she plays. It is really fun but not too hyper or noisy. I'm still suprised at how action packed yet peaceful it is! I'm 34 and not a fan of video games but would love to give this one a try (when I get a minute as I have a one year old too!)

Before i talk spyro2 is the worlds best game.i like it because you can help the people in the stages too. SPYRO HAS OVER 5 NEW MOVES.SWIMMING,SWIMMING UNDER WATER,HOVERING,CLIMBING,HEADBASHING YOU NAME IT NOW SPYRO IS INTO LIFE.THIS IS AMAZING!I RECCOMEND IT TO ALL SENSATIONAL PLAYSTATION LOVERS !

Hey yall, if you liked Spyro 1, this game is gonna knock your socks off! I own all three Spyro ps1 games, and Ripto's Rages is my absolute faveorite. Not that I'm saying that 1 and 3 aren't good, but Spyro 2 is definately more adicting, it has a better story plot. It is challenging(in a fun way), yet with a little practice anyone can manage it. Four thumbs up(is that possible?)! Oh yeah, did I mention that you not only get to play as spyro, but a wide variety of other characters as well! BUY THIS GAME! Or at least rent it:)You DEFINATELY won't regret it!

This game really rocks. He may look like a cute not powerful dragon. But Spyro Ripto's Rage shows that he is more powerful than he looks. It's a high flying action game that will for sure give you the thrills. With its good graphics and all the fire breathing excitement, Spyro Ripto's Rage will really take away your chills.

We do not have a lot of games. We have only 5 Playstation games, but I purchased the 5 after reading numerous reviews on Amazon. Of the games we have, Spyro is the best. My primary game player is a 7-yr old boy, and he won't even play the other 4 games. The game is truly entertaining and has no glitches or awkward things that I could find.

This is an GREAT game. The game was shipped and received when they said. I also got it in perfect factory condition. I would recommend any one purchasing Spyro 2 for Playstation from this site.
