For those people who are still deciding on wheather to get this quite brilliant, i`d say go for it. It is quite simple the perfect game. There are more cars to crash, licences to fail and more races to muck up. So if your still deciding it the best game on the playstation ever

if you are spectical about buying this game its the best!it is totaly worth your money. the only problem is, it is kind of hard and the learning curve is medium but it has so much to offer. i recomend it. it is much better than the first one (gran tourismo) because of its better grafics and new rally mode that is very fun! just buy it and you will see how good it is.(if you want an easyer game Crash Team Racing is for you)

This game is awsome. I am not one for racing games but I completely fell in love with this game. The graphics are awsome and it is challanging. I can't stop playing it and I wont stop until I beat it. If I could I would give it 6 out of 5 stars but that is not an option here. My only complaints would be that in the euro/pacific league it says 591hp is the limit. I bought a car for 500,000 credits that was 591hp and it wouldn't let me race in the race. Apparently you have to below the maximum hp to race. And the race track Laguna Seca is probably the toughest thing I have seen. But it feels good when you finally win there. HINT: In my opinion the best car you can get is a Vector M12. Any races I couldn't win before I got that car I won with it which help me get faster cars that will help me win the game.

Best thing about the new tracks GT2 offers is Laguna Seca.But try as I might, I just can't fully duplicate Alex Zanardi's freakish pass of Bryan Herta in that CART race a few years back. Best thing about the cars is the realization that some perform differently than others. Honda S2000 is amazing. Saleen Mustang is fun but bad over bumps. Is the Shelby Cobra really that hard to drive? The addition of Rally Racing is great. I love this game.

This game is horrible. There is a ton of cars and only few tracks. They wasted more time amping the replay of the race then they did on the actual game. I was bored in 15 minutes. If your smart buy another game.

the only good thing about this game is the fact that there is just about any car you have ever seen or heard of but the racing aspect of it is horrible its hard to steer and if you go off the road at all you start to lose control i would recommend tokyo xtreme racer for dreamcast its the best racing game out

ok to start out it was a very good game (tons of races cars and i love the escudo pikes peck version) in all i have 55 cars equaling up too like 43 million dollars and extra money of about 50 million so if you like raceing simulation game you should buy it i love it.

If you love true racing, with real phsics and loads of real cars you have to like this game. Its btrue to life handling and wonderfull array of parts and fully customizable street and rally cars its THE racing game to own on psx.
