Very good game. Recommended...but the only draw back and difference from the other Final Fantasy games is (other than each one has a different plot and charectors and junction system) the big headed charectors. Very odd at times...

That is the only draw back that i can think of.
I dont take graphics into consideration at all. (Its no FFX, but its frame rate is better than that of FFVII)-(Which is by far one of the best Final Fantasys)

Great Plot, Great Graphics, Great Frame Rate, Great Great Music, Ok junction system, Large Array Of Summons and Magic, Charectors Whith Their Own UNIQUE Personality, Fantastic Love and Action and Mytholodgical Story.

Hook Up Your Seat Belt Your Up For A Good 40 Hour Rollercoaster Ride With At Least Another 20 Hours Worth Of Side Areas.

This is the best game I own. The graphics are great and so is the storyline. I defently think you should buy this game. This RPG is very hard to stop playing. It will take a while to beat it and it is challenging. If you like RPGs buy this and the rest of the Final Fantasy series. If your a beginer it will take a while to beat disk one. When you beat that it will be harder but if you get a lat of pratice you will be able to make it far into the game. I recomend this item.

After the utter disappointment of FF8 I couldn't wait to see what FF9 was like. Well the people at Squaresoft finally got it right. FINAL FANTASY 9 is a total treat. The characters are interesting, fun, and developed. The battle system is great. It's more user friendly which is great. The game is generally more balanced and lots more fun. There are also lots of mini games to check out too. FINAL FANTASY 9 goes back to the fantasy roots that the series started out as. The plot was interesting and every single character in this game has their own experiences to add to this grand story. I liked all of the characters (especially Vivi, Zidane, and Eiko). The graphics are excellent and the movies are breathtaking. All in all it's an excellent game.

This is the best FF game I, and my friends, have ever played. I didn't think it would be as good as Final Fantasy VII, but it was. I believe the reason it was is because of Zidane. He was, in my oppinion, tied for first in the hero list (with Cloud being the other #1). So, if you want to get any computer game, it should be this one.

P.S. Zidane has a tail, and he rules!

I have been a FF fan for years and have played and beaten them all(even though 8 and 9 majorly ...(stunk)). This i thought was an insult to the best games of the series( 2 and 3 which are the best hands down). The storyline in it was very dumb and the charecters were all ...(gay). also they tried to hard to be like 2 and really screwed up. the graphics may be good but graphis dont compare to a good storyline. SO TAKE MY WORD DONT BUY THIS GAME or youll be blowin your money on this game like i did

This is the best game of all time. It's classic FF and has the best story and music of any game existing. If you can find it another great game is FFIII.

Final Fantasy 8 is awesome. FF9 is dissappointing

FF8 is absolutely brilliant so get that. FF9 is OK but it isn't even as good as 7, never mind 8. The characters is one of the things that lets this down. I can't wait for 10
