possibly the best game out

driver is one of the best games i've ever played. it is definately the best driving game out. i really got the feeling that i was being chased by cops. running from the fuzz is something i've always wanted to do, but never had the nerve, and this game allows me to have all the fun with none of the consequences involved. the driving test at the beginning is fairly hard, but if you're any good at driving games, you should be able to pass it without too much trouble, and if you can't pass it, chances are you're not going to do well in the actual game because you will use all of those skills. i would recomend this game to anybody.

this game has the coolest graphics and has everything a good driving game needs to go up in the charts.the cars are cool and so are the missions you get to CHOOSE FROM THE COOLEST PART IS RAMPING UP ON SIDEWALKS when the cops set up a road block and the cops chasing you run into the road block THIS GAME IS #1

Driver is a very unique game.It is fun to play and even fun to watch someone else play.You are Tanner and it really fells like you are in control of those cool cars.It has sweet graphics and not bad handling .I don't see how some people don't like it.It is about the best game for Playstation!.Heck is the best game 4 any system!

Driver is obviously the most advanced game of the 20th century. The graphics and realistic effects are totally awesome! This is the ultimate driving adventure. With the cops on your tail and the pedal to the medal, it is all your steering and skill that decides if you lose the cops, or you lose the game. The test drives and missions are absolutely amazing. From L.A to New York, if you are in to high speed excitement, this is your game. Go undercover for the cops, or just take a test drive through major city with awesome jumps, and radical stunts just calling your name. There are dome jumps that are just pure air. Going through police roadblocks with the speedometer of the scale. I would give this game 5 stars without a problem. If you are into the high speed racing craze, then you will fall over backwards because of the pure genius packed into this one game. This game amazed me, and it will amaze you to.

The game is a blast. I rented the game after reading a few reviews here but then immediately went out and purchased it. The test is a little confusing at first as there are no real instructions but after a bit it was a snap. The car has to be driven really aggressive with a lot of power and power breaking in the turns. San Francisco and Miami are the best for just "driving" and out running the cops. The car will really fly once you get a rhythm going. The detail of the hotel in South Beach is incredible. A few draw backs are the fact that LA is done really bad. the graphics are a little boxy but going like mad you do not have the time to really look at them. To be able to change cars would be cool in the "take a drive section." But as far as just laughing ............. while playing, it's a tough game to beat.

Is there that many cops in one city?

I found this game very entertaining.The graphics were very well done and the gameplay is very good for a driving game.The only downfall is that the police are a little too agressive.No real police officer would run you off the road for a little speeding violation.But overall,it is a very good game.If you like to wreck cars(hopefully not for real) and just have a good drive,purchase this title.

Driver is a pretty cool game. It gets harder and harder every time. The voices of the crooks are a little silly, but all in all a good game. Watch those turns, especially in snow and rain. Good luck with the Presidents Run, you'll need it!

This is the best game ever created. it has the cops with the real sirens and lights. you can go into parking garages, you can even be good, and not get rammed by the cops. it is an awesome game.

Well I just got a playstation and this was my first game that I purchased. It was a real cool game, the begining is real hard to get a hang of because it asks you to do some difficult tasks. But other wise the game is completely fun. Every ciy is fantastic with it's own little atmosphere. Well anyways you must also know this the begining screen with the guy and it says undercover at the bottom if you move left or right you have mini-games that you can choose from.

I've Played many different car games before, and none of them even come close to DRIVER. the visual effects are amazing and it's a great challenge.
